Staffs are super nice and friendly. Great New England hospitality experienced.

住在校園裡，很方便安全。去波士頓有火車，走路15分鐘左右，還是不錯的選擇。衹是沒有早餐，沒有水提供，在美國比較普遍。

卫生：不錯 环境：很好 服务：很好

房間不錯，是在安多佛為數不多的酒店，周圍環境很好。主要的房客都是為孩子讀書來的。

無法提供早餐是個很嚴重的問題，本來就是一個小鎮，出門自己找早餐真的很麻煩。

Stayed twice in July and August for 8 days each to be near family in crisis. Amazed that no breakfast (or even biscuits) available for such a huge expense. Paid £240 per night on ******* in August only to discover the restaurant had closed without alerting us. Room small, dark, poorly serviced, unclean, poorly maintained and shower without grab rails. Manager eventually gave us a bottle of wine and sob story but unable to gain deserved financial recompense. Clearly an hotel in trouble. Check before you book. Feel utterly cheated.

Very disappointing. On arrival discovered that the restaurant was closed for 2 days and breakfast was not available at all for the 3 days that I was there. Room was not serviced, there wasn’t even any water left in the room. I was informed this was due to severe staff shortages. Due to the high price and the very misleading website I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Such a shame because the hotel has so much potential.

We haven't stayed here since before the pandemic. We come up to visit family. The room we had was quite spacious and well-appointed. The main lobby has a gas fireplace but it's not a place that really invites lounging. Staff is all very friendly. The bar is not to be missed, thanks to Alex, the bartender! He is friendly and charming. And skip dessert while you're out and have the warm chocolate cake and a cocktail at the bar while you chat with Alex.
