We have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights from Otc.25 to 28. Airport pickup is convenient. Hotel Facilities are good.
But staff's performances are different: The girl who incharged the front desk in the evening of Oct.27 is quite helpful, she is always nice and professional. That's great!
But the woman who was incharged the front desk in the noon of Oct.25 is really bad. She was reluctant to give us any help, mentally and ugly treating us as if we own her thousands of dollars. She first offered us a room of 2nd floor, I told her that we had booked and paid the extra charges for the 4th floor king size room on line, then she just asked us waiting for two hours, then another two hours but doing nothing. We had to wait from 10:30am to 14:30pm in the lobby. I had approaching her for several times but she just ignored.At last we had to accept the room of 326. We noticed the hotel was not so busy. The room 326 is noisy in the night, not good for the elder. We are suffering during the staying. We have never experienced a Hyatt staff cold-hearted like this.The woman who incharged the front desk in the noon of Oct.25 was totally unhelpful and should be shamed to Hyatt.
Should I ask the refunding of the extra charges I have paid for 4th floor king size room for the three nights?
