ห้องพักใหม่สะอาดดี จะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนและใกล้กับดิสนีย์และสากล

ทำเลที่ตั้งไม่เลว ฮาร์ดแวร์ค่อนข้างใหม่ และบริการแผนกต้อนรับก็ดี ความสะอาดค่อนข้างแย่

ทำเลดี ถ้าคุณไปดิสนีย์แลนด์ ขอแนะนำให้คุณอาศัยอยู่ในโรงแรมที่สวยงามแห่งนี้ จะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน

We prepaid for king room w/ bathtub and when we received the confirmation, it was for a Queen room with 2 beds. I tried to phone the hotel, to rectify this and there was no one to answer the call. Upon arrival, we were told there was no kings available and so we were given a Queen room with a shower. We were not compensated for the variance. No where when booking did it mention additional charges of $48 for parking and a $250 incidental deposit. The host was extremely curt. When we asked for an explanation they basically told us too bad. Thats the way it is. We also requested a room close to the elevator, as we have mobility issues and we got the furthest room from the elevator. We were told we had a $25 credit for breakfast. I discovered that that was covered in the purchase of the room, and that breakfast was actually $75.. The cleaning staff did not check the room to ensure it was in good and working order, the TV did not work. And we had to have an engineer, come up, only to find that the TV had been tampered with and altered for a PlayStation. The parking attendant and another employee, a cleaning personnel were standlng in the hallway near the restaurant openly making fun of guests.Terrible experience.
