Great hotel, the enhanced rooms are a real treat and the views are spectacular. Very relaxing and cozy design. Staff are super attentive. The Harbour restaurant has really nice sushi - would recommend trying it for dinner. Good variety for breakfast. The only downside- I was really surprised that the hotel could not give me a full folio stay due to booking via trip.com. I have been using trip several times in this manner and the hotel (as the service provider) was still able to print one at the end of my stay

Very dirty carpet, stinks and dust everywhere, used towels, very yellowish. Room smells. Rooms were not cleaned on time. Water leakage in the bath room causing very slippery floor. Front desk did absolutely nothing to help or apologize. Would not stay here again, definitely not for the price we are paying. Did not like the dirtiness to start and the service just made it worse.

The hotel is an Old one. The old section is bad. No lifts. Narrow Staircases to your room down below. Location is not in the main Amsterdam. Breakfast was good. The receptionists were quite confused.

The hotel location and design is good, but attention to details has not been paid. The room has weird paintings and the staff at night shift keep staring at you.

朋友出遊，訂了兩間房，一個運河景豪華特大床房一個就是豪華特大床房。結果沒有運河景這間給了ba*****t, 窗户非常高，有一個很小很陡的樓梯爬上去，然後在窗台可以和水面齊平。更重要是，拎着大箱子要上樓梯再下樓梯，非常不方便。更扯的是，結帳時説這間價格比另一間5樓運河景的貴，所以city tax更高。這就沒道理了，在攜程訂的時候明明這間便宜，也不知道是誰搞錯了。前台最後一句你去找travel agent，我們這是電腦自動算的，就打發我們了。。。

整體還不錯，早餐環境好，外面有海鷗，門口還有一箇中式的小池塘。就是酒店門口的充電樁不好用，服務員也不會弄。

Nous avons eu une chambre merveilleuse avec une vue exceptionnelle . Tout était parfait dans notre séjour : le personnel, la chambre (équipements, décoration et vue), le petit déjeuner.. merci encore !
