A great hotel for a short stay! I love the set-up with the iPad to control all the functions, and the staff were awesome. A free to-go cappuccino on an early check-out was utterly brilliant.

The room is clean, overall. Small room but it was comfortable for me as I was staying alone. Bed is comfortable. Limited amenities in the room. There is no drinking water provided but filtered water is available from the lobby. They even provide jugs so it makes it more convenient. Staff have been helpful and friendly! Best part was I arrived hotel early at 8am.. Expected to wait till 2pm for the room to be ready. But I was allowed to check in immediately, managed to catch some rest before my work commitments. Will definitely stay in CitizenM hotels as budget choice.

I can’t speak highly enough about this place. If there wasn’t places to see in Amsterdam you could easily have a holiday just chilling and getting immersed in the dreamy groovy atmosphere of the hotel lobby. Bed is super comfortable and you won’t be in a hurry to leave the shower. My favourite hotel chain by far.

I like: - The facility is great with fun decorations - You can control everything in the room with an iPad - Very friendly staff, everyone I met - Walking distance from the Zuid station which is a short train ride from the airport I wish: - there is a large mirror in the room - I can increase the temperature to more than 24c Tips: - Tram 5 is almost in front of the hotel but it is not frequent. Check Google maps for the schedule before leaving especially in winter.

Wonderful stay here as always. Well located on the edge of the city centre, with tram station around the corner. Super clean, friendly staff. I personally really like the open-plan rooms… refreshing compared with the traditional layout. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is near the station which is super convenient. Staffs are friendly.

The room was clean and the location was perfect! The only thing I didn’t like was the design of the room. The toilet is with mosaic but the shower was transparent and was located in the middle of the room which is really weird. I knew about that before booking the hotel so it was fine, but would only visit again if I am coming as a couple.

The staff is great. The room is good but the iPad control doesn’t always work with some of the room tasks.

電車の駅から10分強、バス停からは5分以内という好立地！部屋はコンパクトだけどベッドが広くて、youtubeなども繋げて大画面で見られたりなどとても快適。宿泊税を払った時に手違いでホテル代が二重で引き落とされてしまったけど、返金手続きも速やかに行われたので良かったです。

周りにはあまり何も無いが電車の駅から近くて便利でした 部屋はコンパクトだけど過ごしやすい 部屋の室温がMAX23度くらい？までしか上がらず、寒かった。 洗面台は狭すぎて物を置くスペースが少なくて使いずらい

衹是睡覺的話還好，位置方便

其中一部分差評要給攜程，我前幾天訂的1000出頭1晚，後來其它軟件發現500多一晚，巨坑 酒店空調的制熱根本沒起什麼作用，巨冷的天，凍感冒了

酒店地點離火車站一小段距離但走起來舒服安全，附近沒什麼東西，可是去市區搭火車或電車都近，房間稍小但夠用，星河辛苦。check in out 都簡單快速，店員熱心歡迎，床也夠舒服
