衞生差，床上都是頭髮，服務差，前台電話很久才有人接或者沒人接，要個東西要分批等四十分鐘左右，開始的房間很小，跟訂時差距大，後來攜程努力溝通了換了一個大點的房間，衞生間還算乾淨，不講究的可以選擇，價格擺在這。

This hotel is in a busy area, across from the University of Jordan. It's an older hotel, but it's being renovated. It's decent value for the money. But what it lacks in facility is made up by the staff, who provided excellent service. The dining room staff are exceptional, they take steps to make you feel comfortable. I would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour package. The rooms are like any other hotel. They were clean and reasonably nice. The outstanding features of this hotel were the welcoming and warm nature of the staff, the location (opposite a University), and the food. Our luggage did not arrive with us, which was very annoying, but the reception staff did what they could to help us out. For example, one receptionist Shahad, agreed to sign for our luggage when it eventually arrived. The luggage arrived very late at night and the policy is that we should sign for it. Both I and my husband were very tired as we had a long flight the night before and then were delayed at the airport filling out forms to retrieve our luggage. It might not mean a lot to other people but small acts of kindness like these were appreciated at the time. We also loved the variety of food. I am a vegetarian. I had a good amount of choice of food, which was great. Overall, we stayed at this hotel for 5 days.

Excellent hotel, staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Food was excellent. Room was clean and had everything expected including tea, coffee and water. Room was freshened daily and everything renewed. Highly recommended for a stay in Amman.

Stayed there twice in January 2024. Outside my comfort zone as a solo traveller but the staff were very welcoming. As a veggie I had no problems with the buffet breakfasts & dinner; good mix of options. Shout out to Nazik on reception; very friendly & helpful; a real asset.

Love the hotel beds are great. IHSAD the host was excellent. Plus chef was great. Fantastic food. Young lady at desk Noor and shaed.. Very happy with everything. Very clean .Thank you to everyone . The food was fantastic both breakfast and dinner.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff is very professional and accommodating. Ihsad was the host at the restaurant and was so welcoming. The manager, Imad, was so sweet and accommodating also. This is the place to stay!

A most welcoming hotel where the staff are truly exceptional. I’m not sure I’ve got the spelling right but Hussa, in the dining room is warm, welcoming and very attentive. Horaibi one of the porters was wonderful, always welcoming with a huge smile. The receptionists are courteous and polite and able to resolve problems quickly. This is a very good hotel, which serves exceptional food.

We had a great experience at Gerasa Hotel. It started with the desk clerk,SHAHED. She checked us in early and was very personable, professional , accommodating and efficient. The rooms were nice and the beds very comfortable and clean. The food was fantastic. The best we had in Jordan as we toured with Exottica tours. Our host/server, IHSAN, in the restaurant, was so pleasant and welcoming, making us feel at home with friends. The selection , quality and presentation of the breakfast and dinner buffets was impressive. The manger, IMAD, was attentive and assuring things went smoothly. Highly recommend!!!
