挺好的酒店，就是網絡差點。

非常好的酒店，下次來還住這裏。周邊買東西和吃飯非常方便，酒店乾淨衞生，早餐也很好。靠近主幹道，交通方便，就是高峯期有點堵車。

上個月入住寫了好評，這個月入住我要打個折扣，估計是入住的人多了，服務跟不上，該登記入住的時間又等了兩個多小時，雖然升級了房間，讓等那麼久也不爽，就這樣我又多住了4個晚上，不想折騰了，不過因為改了返回去的時間，還是決定再換一個酒店

服務態度非常差

Ayass Hotel is a top-notch establishment and one of the finest in Amman. As an independent, family-run hotel, it offers a personal touch, with staff members responding promptly to ensure a comfortable stay. The entire team, from management to housekeeping and reception, was both friendly and professional. We stayed for extended periods in 2023 and 2024, and returning to a room beautifully decorated in a honeymoon style after a long day was a delightful surprise

The location of the hotel is very great. - The cleanliness of the rooms and beds is very excellent. - Breakfast is also very good and reflects the cleanliness in general. - The employees are very wonderful and have good reception and cooperation. Even the security staff make you feel comfortable and have good treatment and reception. - Another nice thing that I loved very much is that when you leave the hotel or even while you are there, one of their employees contacts you to express your opinion and give them any comments. - I wish them constant and continuous development

The stuff is friendly and made me feel like it’s my home and it’s really clean and worm in the cold winter Always make me feel like im the most important one in the Hotel The location of the hotel is very helpful for me its near evry thing any one need

The hotel is very nice and the staff were very friendly in terms of hospitality, cleanliness and all logistics.The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the lobby seating is great.It is also close to shops and the hotel area is wonderful and you can reach it easily
