We were in the old building on the second floor and it seems they had some leakage problems. For instance, small flies like springtails were in the toilet room. I guess the new part of the hotel would be better. Also when the neighbours used the sink, the water came up in our sink. So I think in general the hotels plumbing could need some work. The rooms have a lovely view on the ocean.

Not the newest facilities but everything was functional, clean and comfortable. Service was impeccable and everyone (from counter to restaurant) extended omotenashi. Dinner and breakfast were great, no wonder the multiple awards they won! Highly recommended!

Excellent staff and they prepared a special gift for us for our wedding ceremony, even they were only be told upon our arrival. Meals are very well presented and delicious. Spacious hotspring and room as well. Highly recommended.

Food is delicious, price is good with breakfast and dinner, staff are nice, free parking, onsen is good

The hotel is not a fancy one, but the staff members (mostly elderly ladies but one or two of them have very good English) are all very nice. Its award-winning food service is definitely a must-try here, especially the dinner as it comes with sunset view. We were lucky to be arranged a window seat and was able to enjoy the beautiful sunset while eating the delicious kaiseki dinner. Breakfast is also very nice. And because it’s not your typical touristic destination, you are getting a very good value for money.

飯店人員非常積極且熱情，大浴場設施及早晚餐都非常好；（以下沒有照片佐證）但服務人員帶我到房間，我的過敏就開始發作，並且隔天早上在房間內有發現到蟲子。

一流的服務和食物，駕車的話到附近的景點都很方便。很舒適的旅館❤️

服務很好～但地點比較遠

今回選んだ部屋は写真が全て海側だったから予約 しかし実際は民家側の部屋だった為クレームを入れる Tripは他のエージェントに依頼、 エージェントから部屋指定無くホテル予約 ホテル側の責任ではないが快く海側の部屋を用意していただいた 海外から家族を連れて来ていたので、 ホテルにはとても感謝しています ありがとうございました。

ホテルは古いですが、大浴場は綺麗でとても快適でした。 夜ご飯もとにかくお刺身が美味しくてそれだけで満足でした。 朝食がお正月仕様でお節が出たのですが、子供があまり食べれなかったので、普通のバイキングの朝食くらいが良かったです。 接客も丁寧で過ごしやすかったです。外に猫ちゃんが何匹かいて、みんなふっくらしてたので地域で面倒みてるのかなぁととても可愛い子達が多かったです。

建物自体は年期が入っていますが、掃除など綺麗に清潔にされており、レストランは改装されたのか、とてもオシャレな空間で、お料理もどれもとても美味しくいただきました。 何よりも従業員の皆様のホスピタリティが素晴らしい！ 心地よく過ごさせていただきました。 愛らしい猫ちゃんたちにも癒されました。 夕陽八景とのことで、大きくて真ん丸美しい夕陽を見ることができました。 また宿泊したいお宿になりました。 チェックアウト後、車のお見送りしていただきましたが、バックミラー越しに我々が見えなくなるまて 手を降ってお見送りしていただいてるのが見えました。 本当に素敵なホテルでした♡

日々の慌し生活から解放され、夕日が沈む時間がみれて最高でした♪ 食事も温泉も全て満足でした♪ スタッフの方もよかったです♪

超級棒，食物住宿包含温泉及服務人員都很喜歡👍，下次來一定會再入住，連泊二晚非常放鬆舒服、夕陽也很美，

とっても楽しい旅でした😀朝ごはんは美味しくて、綺麗だった。サービスは印象的、みなさんの笑顔から癒されました。窓からの風景は最高、部屋の中から夕日を観ました。歴史ある温泉は暖かくて、気持ち良かった。また、いきたいです♪
