When we first tried to check in there was a problem with the system as several of my credit cards didn't work even though they were all good. This was for a deposit. The woman who checked us in was very nice. One card finally worked. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The next morning and every morning the breakfast was very good. We were staying here to go to Daytona International Speedway two days in a row. I found that although it is the Orlando area it is still cheaper than staying closer to Daytona. It is only an hour drive to Daytona from there. The first night we returned to the hotel about 3:30AM and found that our room door was not closed all the way and therefore unlocked. I called the desk right away to report it. Luckily nothing was missing. The next day we went back to the track (Saturday). Upon returning that night just before midnight we found our key cards didn't work. We went around to the front door. The inside door was locked, I couldn't see anyone at the desk and there was no sign directing you to the intercom on wall which I didn't notice. I tapped on door. My wife noticed the intercom after that. The woman at the desk spoke to us through it. I told her our key cards were not working. She asked if we were staying there after that. I said yes. She let us in and blamed us for the card problem because my wife put her phone on the desk saying we put the cards by our phones. I pointed out that my card was in my wallet and no where near my phone. She gave us new cards. She was very rude in my opinion. When we got to our room it was not made up with no towels replaced. We checked out the next morning.
So we decided to stay here for one night as we were going to kings landing in the morning. We had our paddleboards with us and asked the hotel to help us store them and they declined. We asked if we could use the meeting room, happy to pay for it, but they said “no, they weren’t sure if they had a meeting the next day…” they had 6 rooms check in.. shocker there was no meeting. We had to lug our paddle boards to the second floor. What’s disappointing is the front desk girl Sadie, informed me there were 6 whole checkins for the entire day… and they wouldn’t even consider taking more money to store paddleboards in an unused room. There’s no manager there overnight so you know, that’s wonderful. Our room had no conditioner or shampoo. The pool was apparently “broken” but they can’t quite communicate that you can still access the pool at the holiday inn.. as they own both properties. The staff there at night is definitely not the “A” crowd. I don’t feel safe there I wouldn’t stay here or the holiday in. Considering there’s no night managers you’re not getting anyone who cares. Why are you paying a premium. Go somewhere else. But avoid the hotel next door it’s owned by the same company. Give your money to Marriott
Spent my birthday during Hurricane Milton here in Courtyard Marriott and although I absolutely would have loved a typical birthday with cake, friends and family; between the Courtyard’s sturdy structure and the Gentleman at the front desk Caden keeping us all safe and well managed, I couldn’t ask for more on this particular birthday!!! Thank you to Caden and Courtyard for keeping us safe, comfortable, and calm during Hurricane Milton! Also to the rest of the courtyard staff and maintenance, we saw everyone hard at work keeping everything running smooth and professional under the pressure of the storm. I absolutely recommend staying here!
I was their attending a weeding the rooms were very clean amenities were also on point clean and relaxing it welt like a home away from home from Gabby,Janez and Pedro in the front seat with 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service as well as Evans breakfast attendant was really cool and pleasant.. and how can I forget about Tasha the bartender she was great to talk to and made me a fantastic margarita..I would recommend this Hilton if you need to stay in the lake Mary area they get 5 star quality of professionalism and made me feel like home for my 4 day stay... Thank you
ผผู้เข้าพักFirst time there. Construction volume imposed some on business meetings. Suite afforded additional meeting space that was needed and functional. Room was clean and w comfortable bed and nice lake view. The complimentary happy hour was enjoyed and served w a smile. Breakfast was very good and with many options to suit any appetite. The location is convenient to I-4, but the traffic did not present a sound issue for this light sleeper. Lunch at the steakhouse would have been a great option, but was not available. The lake promenade and surrounding venues were welcome respites after long days of work. We prepaid in full but at check-in the gentleman at the desk requested payment. He went into a backroom to inquire and came out w the same communication. I called my manager who spoke w the gentleman about the prepayment including, assurances there would be no problem. My manager had to leave home and drive into work on her day off to obtain details to provide to the gentleman. Around this time, Dani became available and offered to help. She quickly located the reservation, noted it was prepaid and she checked me in without any difficulty. Reason for declaring this incident is so that you can provide training required for the gentleman and whomever he was consulting in the backroom. Both were misinformed and may provide improved service w training.

My stay at Days Inn and Suites was very short, only for business. For the price it was suitable, you get what you pay for. Check inn was easy no issues. Good customer service from staff. Rooms are being renovated, which is a plus. Bed was comfortable but smelled of cigarettes w/ cigarette burns. Other than that, the stay was quiet.
The hotel is being renovated, I knew it was a bit run down so I paid the extra money to have a remoduled room, when I went to go to bed there where roaches on my pillow and in my bed, when I ask front desk if I could speak with management the next morning about it he said she would be back tomorrow, I had wanted t to move to another room at a discounted rate for my troubles instead I got the cold shoulder, aweful hotel
