Welcome to our charming and chic, tastefully renovated and beautifully decorated house in the heart of Algonquin!
The property offers the entire home which conveniently consists of two units. A second floor unit and the main floor one.
This delightful upper apartment offers a warm and inviting atmosphere ready for you to feel at home. Step inside to discover modern space with open floor plan and vaulted ceilings for abundance of natural light and comfort. This undeniable gem boasts two beautifully decorated bedrooms and a bathroom to share with plenty of fluffy towels. The open layout seamlessly integrates the living room and the kitchen providing the ideal setting for both relaxing and entertaining. Fully equipped kitchen secures all your chef’s needs. Sleek stainless steel appliances shine against the backdrop of the new countertops, making meal prep an absolute joy. And don`t forget to pull up a stool at your custom breakfast bar, where mornings are sure to start off right with a cup of coffee! Speaking of the living room, it`s the heart of this beauty, complete with remote controlled fire place for the night`s intimate vibe.
A smooth sliding door quickly transitions to the expansive deck, providing an oasis for outdoor enjoyment with comfy sittings, dining table and of course a bbq.
As daylight filters through the apartment, it becomes a sanctuary , embracing the verdant views and inviting splendor indoors.
The two units are connected with the indoor staircase.
The main floor consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 amazing bathrooms, huge fully equipped kitchen, very roomy dining and two fantastic living spaces with plenty of comfortable seatings. The immense deck overlooking the river is spectacular.
The water front location is just perfect for you to enjoy fishing, water sports and simply relaxing by the river bank. The property is located in a family oriented area, allowing you to truly disconnect from daily hustle. However it is still within minutes away from restaurants, pubs, famous Old Town of Algonquin with gorgeous promenade and many other attractions or stores. There is a very conveniently located Fox14 Marina where you can rent a boat to cruise around, enjoy water fun and sunset.

Family trip
This property was a great little place for us to set up camp while we were in town visiting my son at college. We had everything we needed and it was very modern. Would stay again.

Awesome!
Check in and communication was seamless. Photos are a very accurate representation of the space. Super clean! Did hear some noise/smell some cigarette smoke from downstairs neighbor (nothing too bothersome) and had our own private entrance to the unit. Needed to buy drinking water as the unit is on well water. Very well appointed kitchen, we made several breakfasts! Great view of the river from the front bedroom, and downtown Algonquin was cute! Will stay here again next time we visit family :)

Great European style top floor apartment
This was a cute European style third floor apartment. It had great views of the river and the two kayaks were a great addition. Comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen.
