Clean, money worthy

不錯的，但是這次的床感覺被套之類的太舊了、空調設備也比較舊，整體來講如果定價600左右還是不錯的，有時候價格變到800多，算是比較貴了。

J'ai effectué le paiement de toutes les charges via l'application trip.com. Cependant, à mon arrivée, on m'a informé que je devais régler des taxes supplémentaires, soit environ 500 dinars par jour. Je ne comprenais pas la raison de ces frais. De plus, une fois à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, je me sentais mal à l'aise car le comportement des employés donnait l'impression qu'ils attendaient une opportunité pour commettre des vols. En outre, lors de mon arrivée, on m'a indiqué que les frais d'accès à la piscine n'étaient pas inclus et qu'il fallait les payer séparément. Le dernier jour, alors que je dormais, une personne (la femme de chambre) a ouvert la porte de ma chambre à 9 heures du matin et est entrée alors que j'étais en sous-vêtements. Je lui ai dit que je quitterais la chambre à onze heures. Une heure plus tard, une autre personne est venue et a de nouveau ouvert la porte. L'hôtel ne correspondait pas à mes attentes. Des améliorations sont nécessaires de leur part.

Tout est payant surplace et la taxe de séjour plus chère que ce qu’avait annoncé votre site

Horrible experience. The hotel is too expensive for what it offers. The internet connection is horrible and that even affects making payments witth the credit card. Besides that, the hotel claims that they have a 24/7 shuttle service, which is not true. Because of that I had to leave the hotel 8 hours prior to my flight and they didn't mention that the taxi only accepted their local currency, The hotel staff doesn not trust the customers and forces you to pay for meals before you have them, they don't let the meals be charged to the room number. The hotel cleanliness is subpar by even the most lenient standards. The bathroom floor was so dusty that the white rug became brown as soon as it got wet.

When I checked at the hotel, a manager told me that I needed to pay 10000 DZ($75) to use the pool, which was was included in my reservation. Then he said that I’m not allowed to the pool because I’m a single guy and it was only reserved for women. Their website or ******* description doesn’t mention anything like that. I mainly paid to use the hotel amenities such as the pool but ended up not been allowed. Very disappointing.
