The breakfast was very bad, they served leftovers every day and played disturbing traditional music in the morning very loudly. We had two rooms, shower head was broken in both of them and the bathrooms stinks. It’s not a clean hotel, you can easily find another place to stay, it can’t be worse than this one. Don't be fooled by the fact that they say they upgraded your room to a higher category for free of charge, the lower category is more affordable, they didn’t give us this information. Location is really far from the center. They don’t know anything about guest relations or hospitality. Update: we have written this comment before check-out, they asked us to delete our comment upon check-out process. Kahvaltı çok kötüydü, her gün dünden kalanları servis ettiler ve sahibi karadenizli diye sabah sabah yüksek sesle zorla karadeniz müziği dinletiyorlar. İki odamızda da duş başlıkları kırıktı ve banyolarda genel olarak kötü bir koku hakim. Temiz bir otel değil, kolaylıkla başka bir yer bulabilirsiniz. Bir üst kategoriye ücretsiz upgrade ettik demelerine bakmayın, alt kategorideki oda daha uygun fiyatlı, bunu size söylemeden üst kategorideki odaya check-in alıyorlar. Lokasyon olarak merkeze uzak kalıyor. Otelcilik ve misafir memnuniyeti konularında bilgileri yok. Update: yorumu çıkış yapmadan önce yazmıştık, çıkış işlemleri sırasında yorumu silmemizi istediler.

Broken beds, poor breakfast, could hear everything going on in other rooms, had to bribe the washing lady to get a clean room, didn't speak any English, no sun at the pool, Wi-Fi unusable and worst of all one of the staff kept harassing our girls to the point they feared to walk alone. Overall a very poor experience.
