Hotel Review My wife and I have stayed at this hotel for a week, and unfortunately, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Every single day for the past eight days, we have encountered at least one issue, ranging from poor cleanliness to maintenance failures and more. We approached the staff about these problems discreetly, in an effort not to disturb other guests. However, we were consistently met with arrogance, argumentative behavior, and a complete lack of solutions. The management, especially the hotel owner, seemed utterly incapable of handling conflict constructively. Instead of acknowledging the issues and working toward solutions, he would raise his voice and shift the blame onto someone else. This is not how hospitality should work. Mistakes can happen, but the focus should be on resolving them—not finding someone to blame. As guests, we cannot fix plumbing leaks, poor cleaning standards, an unmanned reception, or errors in their booking systems. These are all issues that should have been handled professionally by the hotel staff. Instead, every issue was dismissed or poorly managed, making our stay increasingly stressful. Additionally, the noise levels in the hotel are unbearable. The walls are so thin that you can hear conversations in other rooms as well as everything happening in the hallways. From the beachside restaurant to the hotel entrance, every sound echoes through the building, leaving no room for peace or relaxation. What makes this experience even more upsetting is that we were promised a luxurious stay at “Alanya’s best couple’s hotel.” This could not be further from the truth. What we experienced was the exact opposite: frustration, disappointment, and a complete lack of professionalism. This stay has been heartbreaking and distressing. We are deeply disappointed and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful, high-quality vacation experience.
