The location is excellent! Room was clean and tidy, but there was no shower gel or shampoo. The food was fresh.

If you love the smell of cats urine in the morning , and the smell of sewers in the afternoon, then go ahead and book a holiday at this hotel. But be warned the staff treat guests like an inconvenience. The beds are very uncomfortable and for those who like a lie in forget about it there is a mosque next door and call to morning prayers is at around 6:15 am. And if you don't like cats or have an allergy definitely don't go as several foam around freely pestering people in the restaurant at meal times

I stayed in this hotel in December 2023 and i had really bad experience. Receptionist should improve communication skills, food was rubbish, rooms small and dirty...only one thing was good in this hotel - massage by Komang Heni.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The food was great, staff were so lovely , location central, had a wonderful turkish bath experience and the hotel is very central to Alanya. Its not 4 star maybe 2 or 3 at most but for the money this was a great deal and we had a wonderful time thank you !

First time we have been to alanya the hotel is in a great location the room was clean and the bed was comfy the kitchen staff were friendly and the food was very nice and coffee was very nice i miss the coffee the housekeeping nice clean and do nice designed for bed

This hotel is terrible, I wouldn’t even stay there for free. Rooms are small, bed and pillow are so unconfortable. You can’t even sleep with air conditioner, because it makes so loud sound. Food selection is also very poor, you don’t even know what you are eating because there is no signs.

The hotel is very poor. Room is more than average. Reception area is very small.pool area is also small. Food is awful . No variety at all . Not tasty at all. There is no gym as stated on site.the only positive thing is that its location is so near to city center

Despite my ******* confirmed reservation, I arrived at 01:00 and the hotel had no record of my reservation. They eventually found 1 room substantially inferior to what I paid for, with a window looking into another room, no water pressure in the washroom, and a broken door frame that made it impossible for me to lock the door. I was promised a new room the next day, however it was two more days before the better room appeared. Extra charges for using the safe in the room, no drinking glasses in the room for taking medication, etc., and one lie after another. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had and would advise others to stay away from this property. They have not refunded the difference in room rates for the two nights I was in the terrible room.

I was in this hotel in November. One day I had my OWN towel with me and was going out of the hotel and a young receptionist (may be 20 years old, thin girl) shouted from behind me "you can't take the hotel towel outside". I did not realise that she was speaking to me and carried on walking out, and she shouted again and as I was almost outside the front door, the security guard pointed that the receptionist was talking to me. I approached reception and this young girl carried on shouting that I am "not allowed to take hotel towel outside". She actually shouted at me even though I am much older than her. I then told her that it was my OWN towel and in future she should ask first if it is a hotel towel or my own towel before shouting at customers. I also complained to another older female about this young girls behaviour but she took no notice/action and this young girl was smirking and telling her other recption staff about what had happened. The staff here are totally unprofessional and lack manners. I would NOT stay here ever. I pay good money to come on holiday and not to be treated in this way be an insolent young girl.
