Güzel manzara, temiz ve konforlu 👍

It is a new hotel, some of the finishing touches are very poor and the staff have a lot to learn. The rooms were not cleaned unless asked, sides were not whipped, bed sheets did not fit bed, no English TV channels, drunk Russians around pool with glasses being dropped in the pool and around, we told the staff and they moaned it was wrong but carried on.. we had to pay extra for a croissant for a breakfast that was included within the booking… When you get a taxi from town they want to take extra long way… don’t do that ! Tell them there is a road opposite to drop off on… The Hotel sunbeds are the most comfortable I have ever been on and the cocktails are lovely… There is some teething problems, I suspect I would stay again for the price we got it for…. The hotel is half there with service, the staff just need more training.

We've checked in for one night but the atmosphere and hotel itself surprised us so much that weve extended our stay twice in total of 5 days. Rooms are super clean and modern (not very big but we'll organized and comfortable). All area around the hotel is very clean and Cosy (from restaurant to pool and the ways between the areas). We were served daily with delicious breakfast (included in the price). Staff is very friendly, helpful and make sure that you're relaxed as much as possible. The hotel is taken care of with the smallest details (nice shower gel which are really foamy :), great sponges, soaps which doesn't dehydrate your skin, great working equipment, comfortable bed on which we slept amazing, good working airco, nice pool with small Jacuzzi, own parking area, close to the city center but you still need to use a car if you don't like walking too much :), sponges on the sunbeds are super comfy and amount of beds let you always find your spot :). Bar by the pool serve nice cocktails (additional price) but they will surely make you happy with any your request. Entertainment manager Metin is making really good job with giving all necessary informations and advises regarding spending the day or night in the nearby areas, great small talks during the day - people love it :) We can't complain about anything and we will surely come back to Ada Port :)

Our experience at Ada Port Hotel was unforgettable. The hotel is really clean and has really good staff who all speak English. We also had private pool at our room. The breakfast was delicious every single day, the food from the restaurant was really good and the drinks by the pool were perfect. Kunay was there 7 days a week at the pool and gave us the best service every single day, from servicing to keeping the area clean. Everything was above all expectations and we will 100% come again.

Yılbaşı için geldik çok güzel bir organizasyon hazırlanmış emeği geçen herkese çok teşekkür ediyorum biz çok güzel eğlenerek yeni yılımıza girdik odalar harika marina manzaralı çok temiz mini barı aşırı derecede kaliteli ve zengindi ama bize kimse mini bar ücretli olduğunu belirtmedi oda tanıtımı yapılmadı çıkışta mini bar kullandınız mı dendi kullandığımızı söyledik ekstra ücretli dendi keşke bilseydik kullanmazdık dedik ve ödemek istemedik ama extra olanları bildiklerimizi ödedik keşke onu da belirtselerdi de kullanmasaydık ya da bilerek kullansak ona göre öderdik ama yinede bize insiyatif kullandılar ve ücret almadılar gelmeden önce oda süslemesi, şarap ve meyve tabağı istemiştik ücretini söylediler ve biz onayladık ödemiştik yani.

Für Sicherheit Keine Garantie wie vom Hotel versprochen auf eigene Autos trotz Kameras! und zwar wurde uns unsere Windschutzscheibe beschädigt auf dem Hotelgrundstück/Parkplatz des Hotels und die Kameras konnten angeblich nichts auffinden. Uns wurde zu Beginn versichert dass der Parkplatz ein sicherer und Video überwachter Ort sei, weshalb wir unser Auto erst dort parken ließen, doch nun haben wir einen riesigen Riss in der Scheibe und das Hotel wollte uns nur abwimmeln. Der Riss auf der Scheibe sieht so aus als hätte jemand drauf geschlagen oder einen Stein drauf geworfen. Es hieß man würde sich bei uns melden und als dann keine Antwort kam, fuhren wir zum Hotel und fragten ob es etwas Neues gibt, jedoch vergeblich denn dann hieß es der Direktor des Hotels sei im Krankenhaus und man könne niemanden sprechen. Nun sind zwei Wochen vergangen und bis heute hat sich keiner gemeldet. Dafür dass es so ein modernes und neues Hotel sein soll, ist man mit uns sehr schlecht umgegangen und hat keinen Wert auf unser Problem gegeben. In der Lobby hat nur der Rezeptionist mit uns geredet und der Typ im Büro hat sich nicht mal Ehre verschafft kurz hinaus zu kommen und ebenfalls mit uns zu sprechen. Man hat uns nur abgewimmelt beziehungsweise wollte man uns los werden mit ausreden und hat uns kein Entgegenkommen angeboten. Am Ende Senden wir den Hotel Direktor die Rechnung und daraufhin kommt keine Antwort Lächerliches Verhalten Keine Sicherheit Für Hab Und Gut.
