I had a wonderful stay at Al Hamra Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah with my family. The hospitality was exceptional, and we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded us from a Standard Room to a Junior Suite at no extra cost. The suite was spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a comfortable family stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel's location, amenities, and service made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a lovely stay here. Everything was great in terms of the stay, cleanliness, and basically everything except the services. We asked for cups and it took us more than five calls to get it. The TV is not a smart TV and we can’t play any music on it or watch anything unless we had HDMI and a laptop. Otherwise everything was good

The staff were friendly and helpful. I requested a stopper for the bathtub, and they were able to accommodate. The room was very clean & well equipped with tea, water & coffee. Extra pillows & iron were readily available in the room. I couldn't get the one preferred plug to work, but I was able to plug in my phone elsewhere without too much disruption.

The staff are helpful and polite, especially evening staff. Thanks to Kiran, public area who talk nicely to us. Recommended him. I stay here 2times and for sure I'll visit back.

The room was super small and nothing like advertised on the picture. The AC was full with dust. Has not been cleaned for probably years. Got sick while staying there. Housekeeping did not changed the bed sheets even once while i stayed there for 5 nights. Asking the hotel staff to switch room was not possible. Had to make a new booking and they advised us not to do it with them selves but via trip.com because it's cheaper then booking with them directly?? I had a 11 night stay there but checked out at the fifth day and found another hotel. How can this hotel calls itself a 4 star hotel while there is serious lack of maintenance and service level is horrible... Please Avoid this hotel at all and spent your money at a nicer hotel.

Super bad service and the staff are not helping at all. Never will book again in this hotel

Good location and nice view from my room but they are some unclean places such as in front of my room door and there is a water leak from the bathroom ceiling.

Very nice room and good service. Close to the beach. Restaurant and pub just few meters away. Nice swimming pool, well connected to the beach

The chalet was nice and quiet, very good for family, yet the swimming pools were not big enough.

Price was good, however rooms were showing signs age and wear.

Trip.com had managed to solve smoothly the booking problem and we had enjoyed our stay.
