The property is beautiful! The rooms are spacious and elegant. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The food was great too! Huge selection, lots of variety for main courses and dessert. I didn’t get the chance to visit the spa but my husband and I will definitely be back! There only disappointments I can mention, which aren’t serious at all, would be the towel situation. In the room they give you only 2 bath towels. I don’t know if it’s because I’m American I’m accustomed to having 4 (2 people, a towel for your body and one for your hair, each), but 2 towels seems to be the custom here in North Africa. Also, the beach towels were very thin, not big and fluffy absorbent towels you’d expect for soaking up the extra water from wet bathing suits and such. The towels supplied in the room for regular bathing were fluffier and more absorbent than the beach towels. All in all, I can’t wait to go back!

Just wow everything was perfect I checked out today and everyone was friendly the whole 7days i was there and the party at the new year eve was something else thanks for this amazing holiday 😍

Very efficient service

It was an incredible 7 nights. Iberostar was a pleasant surprise. I had seen reviews of other hotels and was afraid, so I chose this hotel and it was the best decision. Location, entertainment and food options. I recommend it and I'll definitely be back!

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Der Service war ausgezeichnet – das Personal stets aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, was sofort ein angenehmes Wohlgefühl geschaffen hat. Man merkt, wie viel Mühe das gesamte Team investiert, um den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder!
