Not as expected, many of the advertised facilities either non existent or out of use. We didn’t expect it to be a resort aimed mainly at locals, which made it harder being from the UK. Upon arrival, we were greeted with staff who had very minimal English which made it very difficult especially when we were given forms to fill out which aren’t in English. We knew we had to pay tax but expected (as advertised) an ATM on site. This wasn’t the case and when I tried to change currency they wouldn’t accept Scottish notes. I was then ignored when asking where to find an ATM - I ended up taking myself onto the streets and asked until I found one. Room was alright, run down but had space for us all. Sheets changed everyday. Toilet facilities were difficult, we weren’t expecting no toilet paper - not something we are not used to. Food, the reviews of food looked great (not sure where the kids buffet was) - it possibly was great for locals, we found it difficult to eat. We didn’t go hungry but lacked enthusiasm at meal times. Staff - mixed reviews, some were lovely (especially the restaurant servers in the European area), others not so friendly. Animation team do a great job, although very insistent. Drinks, very limited. Pool, this was the highlight of the week - it was a lovely temperature, enjoyed the slides and a nice depth. Sunbeds, enjoyed that we didn’t have to rush for beds. Although by 10am they are limited.
