Friendly staff and helpful. They try to assist me in English language. Hotel provide the parking/free. Unfortunately no kettle in the room but we can aak for water and hot water😁

Out of Aix,But a bus station is beside,20 mins to center of city,breakfast is good,but staff not good at english,and not support english menu,2 times different food with same order,intersting Several Tesla charge station in yard

畢竟是大品牌的連鎖酒店。印開會提前預訂了兩間房，但同事因故未能成行，聯繫攜程取消一間房，過程很順利，退了那間房的全款。該酒店早餐品種豐富，酒店內還有個叫NO MAD的餐廳，可以吃晚餐。從酒店步行10分鐘還有一家叫******的超市，買些零食飲料很方便。該酒店還有免費停車場，步行到市中心的距離只有3公里。

酒店乾淨整潔舒適。雖然不是市中心，但8號公交終點站就在門口到達中心廣場20分鐘非常便利。酒店周邊環境優美，景色宜人。超讚！

前台英文交流很順暢且禮貌，總體不錯！
