It sounds like you really made the most of the balcony space, and we agree it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind & play cards.We’re also pleased you found the apartment well equipped for your stay. As the apartments are fully self-contained, we provide the kitchen essentials and cookware, while pantry items such as oil are not supplied for hygiene and safety reasons. (Salt sachets provided in the starter pack on the kitchen bench, look out for if you visit us again).Thank you for leaving the apartment so beautifully tidy upon departure—we truly appreciate your care and consideration.

However, we're sorry to learn that the cleanliness of the cups and washing machine did not meet your expectations. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and have shared your comments with our housekeeping team so these items can be checked more thoroughly during future inspections.As an apartment-style property, we do not provide daily housekeeping service unless it has been arranged in advance or the stay exceeds our standard servicing schedule. We also offer a largely self-service experience, with digital check-in information and after-hours access, although our reception team is available during office hours and happy to assist whenever needed.We appreciate your valuable feedback, as it helps us continue to improve the experience we provide for our guests.
