Small clean hotel. With a gym spa and pool. The breakfast buffet was varied if repetitive but more than satisfactory. Did not eat lunch and dinner but the buffets looked good.
Rooms were bright and clean and spacious. Bathrooms were well designed. Staff was curtious and efficient. The cafe took a long time with food, but the mocktails and coffee were quickly served and made well.
The pool could have better ventilation but having an indoor pool is a plus.
Overall reasonable price for well above average stay.

Amazing stay with great hospitality. Must visit when in ahmedbad.
I had gone to the outlet with my mother, sir The staff there is very good, specially Arjun Singh, he is very good, he provided excellent service, I will definitely come again, coffee is made very well, thank you Arjun This hotel is very close to the airport.

Had attended a corporate event at Courtyard by Marriott Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad and I am satisfied with the service and support provided by the entire hotel staff for successful completion of the event. I echo Sameer and Washid from the Hotel staff for their constant support and help throughout the event from making all the arrangements in the hall as well as for the food and beverages. Some of the best people I have ever met. Apart from the hotel's excellent location, superb quality * price (i.e., value), and rooms, the people are the real stars of this hotel. I recently stayed at Marriott, and unfortunately, my second stay was quite disappointing compared to my first. Here’s a detailed account of my experience: 1. Breakfast Disappointment: I ordered pancakes with fruits (specifically bananas). After multiple follow-ups and over 20 minutes of waiting, I received a plain pancake with minimal effort put into it. Nutella was haphazardly poured on the side, overlapping with the pancake, but no fruits or bananas were included, despite my request. It felt like a rushed, thoughtless preparation. 2. Tea and Cookies Issue: I requested tea with cookies. The tea came without sugar, and when I asked for sugar, it arrived with no stirrer. After waiting for 3-4 minutes for the cookies, I was informed they weren’t available. This could have been communicated earlier, saving me unnecessary waiting time. 3. Billing Miscommunication: In the middle of breakfast, I was told I would need to pay for it. I had to pull out my reservation to show that breakfast was already included. While this didn’t escalate further, it seemed unprofessional and unnecessary for such a basic mistake to occur. Moreover, I had opted for a package that promised extra Marriott points. Despite paying extra, I haven’t received the points. I’ve emailed them thrice, tried reaching out via WhatsApp, and have had no response or resolution. This lack of follow-through is highly frustrating. To be fair, I stayed here a week prior and had a positive experience, providing positive feedback at the time. However, being unprofessional in 50% of my stays is unacceptable. Summary: While I appreciate the kindness and politeness of the staff, the unprofessionalism I experienced during breakfast on multiple occasions and the unresolved issue of my Marriott points left a bad impression. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their processes for future guests.

Catering services is good . Sourabh Pal is really good when it’s comes to service . Rest is okay The hotel check-in process was problematic and took over two hours. However, the breakfast the next morning was good, the service was satisfactory, and the poolside staff provided excellent service. Overall, the food and dining experience were enjoyable despite the initial check-in issues. ………………………………………….
