Really and beautiful hotel I recommend this hotel stuff friendly and helpful

Ist class service. Latifah at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and professional. El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information. The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites. Everything is new and just beautiful. Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice. WiFi was good without issues. The food was really tasty and had good varieties. Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience. Staff are really amazing and friendly.

The reception is decorated in an extravagant theme with lot's of lights and marble. The staff at columbus bar are rude with little to no standards in customer service, there is no food served between 2pm and 7pm every day and you cannot get alcohol at any bars inside the hotel before 4pm. There are 4 types of spirits and white or rose wine but you are forbidden from having any food or drink in your room. They do not provide any tissues, robes, slippers or snacks in the rooms. This is not a luxury resort its a 3 star hotel with no entertainment or facilities.

This could easily be the best hotel in Agadir with a few tweaks. The food was is very good and lots of choice with 4 resturants. Indoor pool is extremely warm so no issues taking a relaxing dip in January. Ouside pool is by far the largest i have ever seen at a hotel and beach is a few meters from hotel gates. Bad points not all food has labels, Inside lobby bar only opens at 4pm would be far better to open at 12pm espically on poor weather days. No information where entertaiment and activates are being held these are minor things that could easly for hotel to fix. So come on Pickalbatros Palais des Roses sort these small issues.

Lovely clean hotel Friendly staff

The hotel is very good. Staff are very kind and attentive and always ready to serve you and answer to your requests with a smile on their face. Front desk staff are amazing. It was our wedding aniversary and they gave us an upgraded room with a pool and sea view and had it decorated! Highly appreciated. The food was great in all restaurants. The only "less positive" (not a critic) thing I would say was that the BLU restaurant which is supposedly for seafood, but on the evening we were there, had no seafood (at least what we consider as seafood in Portugal) and was mainly about fish, which was all well cooked in any case and we did enjoy the food. The facilities around the pool area are very good. Bar at the pool side serving pizza and hot snacks all day! Kids area and a bar serving drinks all day. 24/7 Cafeteria in the hotel lobby. Pastry and f drinks plenty of of high quality. Could not ask for more honestly. If we´re ever back in Agadir, this will with no doubt be the place where we´ll be staying! Direct access to the beach

I enjoyed my time here very much (my first all inclusive holiday ever) Though The first night was kind of a nightmare because there’s a constant humming noise (either from pipe or main aircon 😢) that ruined our sleep but after we mentioned it to the front desk they offered to change the room for us right away. The food options were plenty but same every day so can be boring after a few days. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I have joined the activities they offer and had a great fun. (Arabic class and aerobic)

入住體驗非常糟糕。酒店衞生狀況令人失望，房間毛巾明顯發黃，看起來長期未更換。雖然酒店是五鑽但是不是五星級酒店 且2025年開業 為更名裝修重新開業 並不是新酒店 酒店完全不提供牙刷等基礎洗漱用品，並非不主動提供，而是根本沒有。沒有送餐服務，十分不便。SPA收費高達850迪拉姆/小時，但實際按摩時間不足一小時，且衞生條件很差。更令人難以接受的是，SPA提供給客人的拖鞋明顯是其他客人穿過的舊拖鞋，沒有經過妥善更換和消毒。整體服務與價格嚴重不符，不推薦入住。

服務好，設施棒，近海灘，吃的好 健身房有毛巾，消毒的，水，器械很新，還有很棒的spa，可以很好滴休息放鬆
