We were stay level 21, very quiet,nice view,location is convenient, rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is yummy. 100% will return.

Our Aircon and ventilation system was not working, it was freezing cold, and there were horrible footprint like stains all over the bedsheets in the master bedroom. There was also white flint all over the sofa in the living room like it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks. The room was freezing cold at 16 degrees and thermostat could not be fixed. The staff was responsive and even offered us another apartment to move to but guess what - the same problem with the system there!!! We were then offered complimentary breakfast and late check out which was a very nice gesture but would I stay here again - definitely not in the freezing cold!! For this price point it was a very disappointing experience overall

The hotel very clean and shops are walking distance also close to twin tower. The service staff are very friendly and helpful.

The apartments are spread among residents - the apartment I had looked straight into other apartments which was a bit off putting! Overall very clean and huge - great amenities. About a 10 - 15 minute walk into the centre of town. Very clean. IGA next door and a pub around the corner. I'd stay here again!

Place is really good, the room is not what I expected, it was wonderful. I literally love to live there. Sadly, pool is not available.

Reasonable price, great location. I would definitely stay there again when back in Adelaide. 

Good place to stay, recommend as have kitchen to cook and dishwasher to clean after. Take note only once a week cleaning

Disappointed, unfriendly and not professional services at the lobby which is running as a cafe. Room smells and stink when we came in. Definitely prefer staying in hotel rather than service apartments

Surprisingly this is a very cool hotel and it had amenities like the gym which is pretty big and quite surprising. The apartment I had was a two bedroom apartment. However, it was located in the basement and just beside the car park but that didn't stop me from having a wonderful time there. The location is great and this is located near Weymouth Street which is quite central considering it's location and distance to Chinatown. Highly recommended as a place because it is located not only at the west side of the city of Adelaide but it is very close to the airport

Pretty satisfied in all areas considering it was the first time staying here apart from the service received at reception with checking in, enquires, information, checking out. A few miserable workers who don’t provide a warm welcoming at all and didn’t explain how to access services within the building clearly. It was really dreadful and disappointing having to ask for help from people like this. We didn’t bother asking to extend our stay another night, we booked elsewhere instead and would rather look to book at other hotels over Avani in future

Best accommodation in Adelaide. Great service, location and facilities.
