room is dark, old & gloomy. The size of the room is big but amenities lacking bath tub not wprlong & hot shower needs a long tine to come on

The room is to old. Smells unpleasant. The towel is worn out.

Some staff were good and front desk manager during the day but it's poor over the phone in the night and restaurant waitress. Couple of days we asked staff simple stuff, like butter and we was told, there's no butter and almost everyday breakfast it was the same except on Saturday, they provided samusas. There breakfast is very heavy 😕 😫.. rice, anjera eithopian pancake with mixed with eithopian spice sauce, different bread, mixed cooked vegetable, cooked cabbage, cupcakes, cakes and arabian beans and cold porridge make with water and one choice of cereal. The room is big but the cleaning is not good and we found cockrach but we already informed the front desk manager. Overall poor service, poor quality of food and poor cleaning.

great hotel near too shopping centre and airport.staff friendly great restaurant. very good gym facilities.

非常差的酒店，服務和設施都差，千萬別住。後悔死了，蚊子多的要死。晚上根本沒法睡覺
