Super hôtel avec un emplacement idéal sauf la piscine qui n'est pas au sein de l'hôtel mais nécessite une marche de 5 minutes

Отель неплохой, вопросы по пляжу, и по питанию. Завтраки просто можно было не брать, безумно дорого для такого уровня и соотношения цена-качество. Относительно чисто, неплохое оснащение номера, однако, на мой взгляд, цена завышена и с рядом стоящим Риксосом, к примеру, не идет ни в какое сравнение, особенно в части питания.

Old property, rooms and service massively needs an upgrade.

good location, good service a little bit neglected the beach equipment (umbrella and deckchairs)

The beach was nice and filled with amble seating. The associated beach restaurants were nice. The interior design of the rooms were welcoming. The staff were friendly. Had bars inside the hotel. Improvements: the bath/shower combo unit as designed has issues flooding the room. Beach waiters would be a nice add. The breakfast was nice, but could use a bit more food diversity/choices.

Great location. Staff great. No issues with cleanliness.

First the cons:We were not offered any VIP benefit. Our room had a bad view and no way to charge our phones. There are no usb outlets in the room and all of their adapters were already loaned out and they really seem to care if we could charge our phone or not. Bad attitudes. Pros: the Hemingway bar had good appetizers and an amazing singer/ band. The man at the travel desk,Nassar, arranged a driver for us to the louvre and then port to catch our cruise. He was super nice. The hotel is walking distance to the MO Palace hotel where we had an amazing breakfast buffett( super$$$$) and walking around was a falconer who let us hold the falcon on a gloved hand! Also when I mentioned that my phone was dead they immediately charged it for me! Good attitudes at that hotel.

Lo mejor el servicio, muy atentos. El club de playa espectacular. El edificio antiguo aunque mantenido.

Lovely hotel, but stand out feature was access to the beach club - with fantastic heated swimming pools and lovely bars and restaurants

The staff was amazing and attentive. Check in desk lady was great. The bar guys were a delight and awesome. Very friendly. The condition of the hotel was good although other 5* Raddison properties have been better and the showers tend to scold you midway through then go cold again and vary between burning hot and cold. Other than that, good overall.
