good customer service and good location.

I really like the location because there were several places to visit within walking distance. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with not that many options to choose from, although there is an egg station where they'll make you fresh eggs in however way you want them. The rooms nice and spacious

1. Location was great; in the city centre. 2. Check in and breakfast experiences were smooth. 3. Swimming pool and gym were nice. 4. One minor point is that the wifi needs to be logged on every time you leave the room.

great location, great bed room and facilities. The only down point is the bathroom setting that doesn't separate dry and wet area and the shower was a bit broken.

لم يتم السكن وذلك بسبب تعرض مطار أبها للقصف وتم اغلاقه الذي أدى إلى إلغاء جميع الرحلات إلى المطار وعند التواصل مع إدارة الفندق بطلب تعديل الحجز تم الرفض. غير مسترد وغير قابل للتعديل

موظفة الاستقبال "لمياء" كانت رائعة وبروفيشنال وخدومة جداً ومرحبه، بعكس الموظف المصري المتواجد في الاستقبال كان سيء للغاية

Best hotel. Blue being my favorite. Also rooftop bar and breakfast included option was class. Neat and spec. Like Atlantis in Dubai. But with good price. won’t go any further next time. Location is good too. There is attraction at walking distance and also cheaper eating options

Un bon hôtel bien situé dans la ville d'Abha, dans le sud de l'Arabie saoudite, à plus de 2 000 d'altitude. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Le restaurant au dernier étage propose une cuisine variée.
