I understand that you’re not spending your entire stay in the room to watch tv but when I was I didn’t expect to have just BBC 1 and 2 and an Asian channel. When questioned at reception I was told it had something to do with the antenna reception and that nothing could be done about it. The internet was was bad. If my husband used it then I couldn’t unless we paid to upgrade it which I think is ridiculous in this day and age. Internet should be included in the room price.

The Premier Inn at Portlethen Aberdeenshire is a nice quiet spot, just off the main dual carriageway The Room was good, and beds exceptionally comfortable The Bar and Restaurant and only a few steps away, we had an evening meal and breakfast There was a good choice on the evening meal menu, although, by the time we got our food, it was not very hot One thing that stood out was the great nights sleep in a super comfortable bed Overall, its a nice place to stay

This was by far the most cost effective accommodation and provided a comfortable room for several nights. Good sized, clean and well laid out rooms. The beds were comfortable and there was a good sized bath and shower. The wi-fi is poor unless you can afford to pay for the premium service. Organising room cleanup and fresh towels is not automatic and we determined it was not worth the hassle. The staff were pleasant and did a great job and were available when needed. The restaurant meals were not expensive and provided basic but reasonable meals with a decent variety available.

Amazing.....a1 would totally recommend. Comfortable beds, quiet room, very helpful staff. Very convient location with plenty of parking. Will definitely be staying again. Resteraunt serves great food, plenty of choice and very reasonable.

Had one of the best sleeps I've had in a long time. Bed was super comfy the pillows were amazing and plenty of them. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were spotless and so was the bathroom. All in all a good night stay. Will highly recommend.

Had a lovely wee weekend staying. Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly. Room was lovely and bed very comfortable. Will highly recommend Family had a great time and I will definitely be using this hotel again when I am coming up this way Thank you for a lovely weekend

We had a great visit last weekend, last minute pick and very impressed with it overall, very clean and extremely friendly. Kids had a great time. If we're back up we will definitely use it again. All facilties were covered and local advise from the staff helped us fit more in.

Perfect stay. Great hotel and staff. Angi at reception was very helpful and lovely. Great with Kids. Do not recommend the restaurant next door, real fast was horrible so go eat elsewhere. Not far from Stonehaven. 20 minutes to get to city centre by car.

Really comfortable stay with extremely friendly staff. My room was well equipped and had a very comfortable bed. Well located for everywhere I needed to visit during my stay. I would certainly recommend for anyone who needs to travel to the area.
