I spent three nights at the Hotel Regence, Aachen, in March 2024. I took a Queen Room on the fourth floor, which was fine for a short break. The multi-lingual staff were excellent, attentive, engaged and professional. Although the hotel does not offer an evening restaurant service, the staff recommended an Italian restaurant in town for supper. The hotel breakfast buffet was superb. Wifi is available throughout the hotel. I would happily stay in this hotel again.

Our 1 night stay was good but the girl in reception is kinda rude, if we ask for a favor or question she will make face and looks tired while doing the favor or answering us. Also, the breakfast is good but small choices. But the rest are ally good and other staff.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days while helping our son move to Aachen from a different part of Germany. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient as it is only a 5 minute walk from the train station, and about 15 minute walk to both our son's new apartment in the Frankenberger neighborhood and also to the old town. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Panayoti who spoke very good English and explained all the charges on our hotel bill clearly. The breakfast offered a variety of healthy choices and fresh baked goods and was reasonably priced. The hotel felt very safe both in terms of Covid precautions and security at night time when returning late. The only thing I felt was not quite up to my expectations were the flat pillows and firm beds. I prefer fluffier pillows and a softer bed, but it was comfortable enough for the length of our stay. When I return to Aachen, I will not hesitate to book a stay at this hotel again.

We were nicely surprised by this new (or recently refurbished?) family-run hotel. It is very cozy, laid out in a ”motel” style where each room is entered from either the courtyard or a courtyard balcony. We did not use the swimming pool but its use was offered. The courtyard garden and surroundings are beautifully kept and fit well with quite picturesque neighbourhood of Eynatten. There are five restaurants within a walking distance if you happen to arrive, like us, on Sunday night when the hotel restaurant is closed. The breakfast was very good and when there was a slight confusion as to the time the brakfast started, the family started running around and managed to start the breakfast within minutes after our (early) arrival to the breakfast room. The location close to the highway makes it a nice place to stop on a long journey.

Kamer was echt heel erg mooi, modern, ruim. Wel wat warm maar er is airco. Wellness is prima, Finse en infra rood sauna en stoomcabine. Zwembad heerlijk ontspannend, al had de bejaardengym incl schlagermuziek niet gehoeven voor ons. Avond eten was prima, uitgebreid salade buffet. Alleen erg erg druk, alleen al kwartier gewacht om binnen te komen, geen communicatie, voelt niet echt welkom. Met ontbijt idem, lang moeten wachten voor er plek was, en dan tien man voor je bij de koffie automaat. Dat was echt enige grote minpunt. Verder is het een heel mooi hotel, vriendelijke medewerkers.

HHomeschool_Mom_PattiEverything was good & twin beds were comfy, except the breakfast buffet didn't have any cooked eggs, sausage, or bacon! Too many breads & standard make-your-own waffle, and no normal black tea. Diamond members receive 2 drinks/snacks. Shower is not fully enclosed in glass and therefore can get floor very wet if you're not careful. Hotel is not near city centre. A seasonal shuttle to Christmas market should be offered. Taxi from hbf was €13.50. Bus picks up right down the street as well, but was difficult for Americans to navigate buses.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à peine à deux cents mètres environ de la gare d'Aix-la-Chapelle. Il n'est pas loin du centre-ville (10 minutes à pied, la ville entière se visite facilement à pied). L'accueil était bien, l'ensemble du personnel rencontré était aimable et serviable. La chambre n'était pas trop mal (je n'y étais que pour dormir et en matinée), je passais la plupart du temps dehors. Le lit était confortable, un peu moins l'oreiller qui était assez plat (j'ai utilisé les deux oreillers pour avoir un bon confort). La salle de bain était correcte avec une baignoire et un double évier. On entendait parfois les voisins quand il n'y avait pas trop de bruits mais ce n'était pas dérangeant. J'ai trouvé cet hôtel idéal et confortable pour y être resté 4 jours et 3 nuits. Les commodités me convenaient. Le petit-déjeuner est celui que l'on peut attendre d'un hôtel ainsi, c'est-à-dire avec un mixte de petit-déjeuner traditionnel (pain, confiture, chocolat, fromage, charcuterie) et continental (avec œuf brouillé, lard, saucisse, ...). Ce qu'il manque peut-être, ce sont des viennoiserie (pain au chocolat, croissant, couque au beurre) pour le diversifier encore.

Eelka_3จะไปพักอีกแน่นอน พนักงานเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดี,ห้องพักก็สวย(เราได้ห้อง triple มีเตียงเดี่ยว 3 เตียง ซึ่งทั้งหมดสะดวกสบายมาก) และอบอุ่น,ห้องของเรามีวิวทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงามของ turm,อาหารเช้าก็เรียบง่ายแต่ดี,มีที่จอดรถฟรีบนถนนมากมาย, และอยู่ใกล้เมือง

33579โลเคชั่นอยู่ใกล้ใจกลางเมืองมาก สามารถเป็นโรงแรมเสริมเตียงได้ และสามารถจัดห้องพักได้ 3 ห้อง ราคาไม่แพงมาก สภาพสุขอนามัยดีมากและพนักงานบริการมีความกระตือรือร้น ราคาสูงมากและคุ้มค่าที่จะแนะนำ

ผผู้เข้าพักWe stayed here as part of a coach trip. It is a cosy little family owned place, the room sizes & types varied, but ours was a decent sized twin, no complaints there. Breakfast was the usual continental offering, with several cold meats, cheeses, 3 types of bread, preserves, cereals, tea & coffee. Dinner was a set 3 course menu, all well prepared & very tasty.
