What made me quite disappointed is that I checked in in the morning and they said the room is not ready. So I left my luggages at reception. But they did not help me put my luggages into my room. Usually, 5-star hotels will help guests put luggage’s into the room, but this one didn’t. Besides, they arranged me in a corner room at the end with a very bad view. It made me feel that I’m in the jail.

What an amazing place to stay. The grandeur you see and feel when gazing on the hotel from the inside is a straight reflection of the inside. It is extremely stylish and still resonates the vibes of the early 19-hundreds and you can feel the roaring twenties flow through the place. Very well maintained hotel with a great bar as well as restaurant. The aforementioned bar (The Elephant bar) feels like walking straight into the Great Gatsby. Similar for the restaurant, but walk into the bar and you'll see what I mean straight away. The latter serves some great fresh Flammkuchen btw. and great cocktails. Breakfast is great and the menu for dinner is honestly excellent with some great, well prepared and beautiful succulent dishes. You'll find a small but proper fitness room with the latest Technogym units as well as a nice Spa and Wellness area. If you want to head out to the city you're a mere 10 minutes walk away from the Rathouse and Dome. We loved our stay at the hotel and will surely be back.

The Quellenhof was and still the best hotel in Aachen, my family and I have frequented this hotel under different names since 1985, Aachen is a beautiful city, but Quellenhof is the gem and the icing on the cake. This is like home for me and my family, and realizing that COVID-19 created havoc in the hospitality industry, yet I’m certain this hotel will always shine, the staff are young, loyal and dedicated, the rooms are comfortable, the restaurant & bars are a class so the grand gardens , the grand lobby and the anteroom are the best anywhere. Spa is exceptional with BABOR signature products May I add a point regarding breakfast service in the restaurant , this is a class above the rest, nothing match it , not just in Aachen but anywhere else, thank you for making my trip beautiful.

Another stay in one of our favourite hotels. I really have difficulty finding fault with this place - the staff are all friendly and helpful without being intrusive; the building is impressive and well maintained, with large and comfortable rooms. Great bar and restaurant, although the bar has massively reduced its range of cocktails on offer, which is a shame. Easy access to the city, and a large park to stroll around right next to the hotel.

Nestled in a captivating setting, we enjoyed a delightful lunch experience. The menu options, though traditional, exuded reliability. I began with a tempting cheese platter and indulged in a refreshing serving of steak tartare. The wine list, enriched with a selection of German wines, added to the culinary charm. While the service was commendable, there was a slight absence of clear guidance, leaving uncertainty about who held the reins. Nevertheless, it stands as a commendable choice for a pleasant lunch outing. You need to pay 7,50 Euro for parking

Surrounded by lawns and tall trees this restaurant is in a building with a sober but beautiful architecture that once belonged to a spa. The complex holds an important center of congresses. The food is very well done, with good quality products and the collaborators are professional and polite. For instance the waitress behave very correctly with respect to a small incident that occurred with one of the desserts. The relation price - quality is adequate. This is a good option to avoid that majority of restaurants selling unhealthy food. There is a private car parking. We intend to return in our next travel to Aachen, a town that is in our hearts.

Di not pay commissions. It is a great hotel and I have reserved as travel agent For years. But now the new reservations manager denied paying me for 4 rooms, one week each, with no reason. Unconceivable! The hotel is partner for CHIO Aachen, but that practices are perjudicial for someone who has been working with them for 25 years.

Lovely hotel, great staff at check in which was quick and smooth and they were very accommodating. Some of the rooms had been upgraded from what I could see of friends rooms which were done to a spectacular standard. Ours was not updated but still very nice. Good value for money, I found a rate of €130 on *********** - considering what we have paid for some hotels on this mini European tour and what you get for that money, this was beyond expectation I didn’t make it for breakfast as we had an early start - would recommend this hotel to others for sure!

I hesitated between 4/5 ‘stars’ (circles?) but in the end decided to go for 5 because the hotel really does feel like a traditional grand hotel with its opulent public areas, great indoor pool, classical architecture, etc. The rooms are large and well appointed and the windows can be opened (for fresh air). The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is somewhat dated, particularly having to climb into the bathtub to shower, but large and with good toiletries. The underground parking is reasonably priced. The wellness area, and particularly the swimming pool (all complimentary) are impressive. Having said that, objectively it falls short of 5 stars for reasons that include: no luggage porters; no tea/coffee making facilities in the room; an empty mini-bar (contents can be ordered, with a minimum of 4); a lack of English language TV channels (and surprisingly net even TV stations from next door neighbors Belgium and The Netherlands). But in conclusion our stay was very enjoyable and I would certainly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Aachen. Close to the old town. We were in town for a family wedding and the staff were so wonderful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
