環境很美，一個大泳池，不過位置比較偏遠，離哪都不近，到哪都要打車，增加了跟埃及司機討價還價的煩惱，小床的床頭髮黴了，洗手池無法迅速下水，衞生條件一般，另外每天晚上廣場上都在放動感音樂，直到10點半才停，對於有早睡要求的不推薦。

房間很破舊，屋裡有很多蚊蟲，樓道也不隔音，之前訂錯了時間 提前一週就和攜程説了很多次要更換入住時間但都無果！直到入住酒店那天前台答應了免費更換，打電話過去攜程不相信我當著他們語音問的酒店工作人員，並讓他們前台的主管經理在我寫的上面簽了兩次字證明發給了攜程！攜程收到後中午十一點多打電話過來説是可以換但是中間商要求收取五十美金，由於當天我已經在去錫瓦的路上 我説不是説免費換嗎？攜程客服説那您等我消息他再幫我和中間商爭取一下，我一直滿懷希望，但沒想到當地晚上八點多接到電話就説您的酒店不能更改了，錢也退不回來！我打電話投訴，後來才知道是中間商和攜程發郵件説12:30之前要求付款更改否則將被取消，但攜程沒有把消息告訴我，導致我損失了一晚酒店費用！攜程客服辯解説是因為我沒有同意交付五十美金，我説你們有錄音 我哪句話説不同意？你們什麼時候和我説要求立刻交錢？不交會被取消！我衹是不滿意為什麼説好的免費還要交五十美金，並不是不同意交付五十美金！我上哪花這點錢去住一晚五星級酒店？攜程卻説這是認知問題，不滿意就等於不同意，耽誤時間沒交錢是我的問題！我不知道攜程這些年的客服是怎麼了？素質太低了，明明不佔理的地方，還要狡辯！

沒有什麼吃飯的地方，酒店比較舊。服務態度不錯

I stayed as part of a Titan Nile Cruise holiday. The hotel was Clean and tidy, Food was very good. Staff were very good and friendly. My room was very spacious with a large walk in shower. Everything was great. The location may not be within walking distance of things, we only came and went by coach so check it out yourself. It is within easy reach of the pyramids by taxi. I would stay here again.

The hotel is more than wonderful and its atmosphere is cheerful and enjoyable. All the workers are at a high level of professionalism and what distinguishes them most is their constant smile. The food is delicious and fresh. The swimming pool is enjoyable and it is a suitable place for recreation and psychological comfort. It is suitable for everyone, whether friends, engaged people or family. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent and there is a keenness on that. They are all extremely beautiful and kind. The first time I came for my wedding and after a year later i came again to celebrate to celebrate my wedding anniversary in the same place. I wish them continued success.

Great comfortable rooms. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Staff is nice and some of them even talk Spanish. It’s pretty close to the most important tourist attractions. It has a great pool, but we could get in since it closes at 6. Room has a lot of good amenities.

We stayed in the swiss inn pyramids gold resort hotel for our wedding on the 12th of April 2025, the scenery and the gardens were so beautiful, as soon as entering reception we were greeted and immediately felt welcomed, our bags were taken straight to our room and the customer service 5 star, fully recommended to anyone who is just having a couple night stay, or an occasion such as a wedding. Rooms were clean, and anything you needed the staff were there at you assistance Overall very happy

Great rooms and atmosphere. Beautiful venue, pool, nice view of golf course and very close to pyramids. Helpful concierge will to organize trips. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms and room service, good food in the restaurant.
