If horses are your thing, then this place will want to make you yell YeeeeHaaa! But first, a warning - For those who can't stand the smell nor the snorting, then MiraSierra isn't for you. All the rooms are located near the stables. The horsies will also snort-blow throughout the night. (Surprisingly, I found their snorting oddly soothing, and it actually helped me drift into sleep!) Breakfast was à la carte only while my family and I were there, but we were the only ones there that weekend. So perhaps they have breakfast buffet when they have more guests, I'm not sure. In any case, it was great. The owner's daughter (..if i remember correctly..) is a chef, and she IS GOOD!! Overall, it's a lovely place. Cordial welcome. Nice homey, Maxican decor. Yummy food. Lots of photo op spots. Cute & friendly horses. (PS. we were there in Aug.2022, but the drop down menu only goes back as far as Nov. 2022, so i had to choose this date.)

Did a 2 night stay for 5 couples in August. The property is a very lovely place, Spanish themed but the attractive part was really their “software” bit. The staffs were really working the extra mile in their services, and owners Wan and Sa were very accommodating and ensured all of us were well taken care of, from the minute details like towels and cups, to arranging horse riding session. Negative: the way into the place is not very easy and the roads were uneven and full of potholes; but this can be overcome by experienced driver. Payment: no credit card, so bring along cash !

We had my wife’s 40th birthday at Mirasierra. I was a little nervous because there was a lot that could have gone wrong - but nothing did! It was fantastic. A great venue that felt authentically Spanish (esp in the Thai dry season). Our kids ran free in the grounds very safety, they fed the horses and swam in the pool. We were treated to a great BBQ with Thai and western cooking and were generally extremely well looked after.
