We booked a last minute get away and wanted to be close to the old town so this hotel was ideally situated. The check in was swift and the gentleman was very helpful - he gave us several options of where to park the car with prices and locations. We parked within a 5 minute walk at a cost of 8€ for 24 hours. (Public car park next to the south beach.). We didn’t spend a long time in the room, which was a little on the small side, but it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean with a good shower. There was a safe but we did not use it. There was no information in the room about the WIFI but we could have asked for this at reception.

La ubicación excelente, zona muy tranquila y a escasos 5 minutos de ambiente, la habitación y el personal muy bien pero: La comida era malísima, estamos en Castellón y ni una paella comestible, mucha fritanga, poca verdura, las carnes muy duras, el pollo crudo… te salvaban las ensaladas y el desayuno, que, aunque la base principal era él huevo frito, era variado y muy rico. Otra cosa a destacar negativamente es el agua de la piscina, estaba limpia pero la superficie tenía “natillas” y porquería, pasar la red de vez en cuando estaría fenomenal. Y por último la animación: la nocturna… estaba muy bien para la gente mayor, pero para familias… algo más divertido estaría bien. La animación diurna… no dejaba de ser la pintura de dibujos en el interior y juegos repetitivos en el agua, wateepolo mañana y tarde, no animaban a la gente a participar en actividades, etc. como anécdota he de decir q hicieron un scaperoom, cuando mis hijos fueron a participar les dijeron q para el siguiente, pero ese no llegó… Una buena animación diurna y nocturna haría del hotel un espacio divertido en el q pasar el día o una buena velada.

ทําเลดีมาก ห้องอึดอัดมาก ไม่มีเก้าอี้หรือที่ใดก็ได้ในห้อง เตียงมีโครงไม้รอบๆ เลยนั่งไม่ได้ ขอบเตียง ถ้าอยากดื่มนอกมินิบาร์ไม่มีที่นั่งดื่ม ห้องนี้มีอ่างอาบน้ําคู่ขนาดใหญ่ที่เราใช้ครั้งเดียว แต่มันเป็นการเสียพื้นที่มากฉันต้องการให้ห้องสะดวกสบายกว่านี้มันเป็นหนึ่งในห้องหรูหราและเราต้องไปที่ชายหาดเพื่อนั่งลงและดื่มไวน์ อาหารเช้าใช้เวลาเดิน 10 นาทีไปยังร้านอาหารแยกต่างหาก สําหรับ 90 ยูโรต่อคืนไม่รวมอาหารเช้า อาหารเช้าเป็นอาหารเช้าเพิ่มเติม

Myself and two friends stayed for two nights earlier this month. We were delighted with our stay and would not hesitate to return. Check in was easy and staff were friendly. Parking cost 16 euros a day. Our room was a triple suite. The space was outstanding with an unexpected interconnecting door which led to a second bedroom and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms was lovely. The two bedrooms both had tvs. There was a coffee machine and pods. The breakfast buffet was good with a range of hot and cold options. One member of the group is gluten free and there were limited options in terms of bread products and pastries for them. We had a free drinks token which we used in the bar/cafeteria. This is perhaps the only downside as it feels like a work place canteen with no atmosphere. This is in contrast to the restaurant/ terrace which are pleasant spaces. The highlight of the hotel is the roof terrace and pool. We had no issues getting sunbeds and spent many happy hours on the terrace. Just make sure you apply plenty of sun lotion!! There is also a bar up here serving drinks. *****cola itself is a lovely place. Walking up towards the castle and discovering the streets filled with bars and restaurants was wonderful! We will certainly be returning!

We had a perfect stay at Dios Está Bien. From the very first moment we were made to feel that we were at home. The location was perfect - in the heart of the old town and steps away from the castle. The rooftop terrace provided excellent views and unlimited relaxation. Our room was very clean and perfectly comfortable. We also had a small balcony that overlooked the beautiful street, which had a line to dry clothes. Couldn’t have asked for more. There are many good restaurants in the old town, but the food was Dios Está Bien was the best! The breakfast was fantastic and the homemade bread is a must-try. The dinner options were varied and delicious. Every meal was made with love and you could taste it. Last, but not least, the service was perfect. Every person we interacted with was dedicated to making sure we were comfortable and having a great time. Overall, highly recommended and we can’t wait to return!

El año pasado estuvimos en este hotel (agosto 2022). Este año hemos repetido la experiencia (julio 2023), pensando que sería satisfactoria. Pero lo abandonamos con una profunda decepción. Después de pagar casi 700 euros por tres noches con desayuno incluido. Solicitamos salir un poquito más tarde, ya que en la entrada del viernes habíamos llegado más tarde de las 20 horas por trabajo. Se lo comentamos a la señorita y nos dice que sí. Que podemos salir a las 13 horas, en lugar de a las 12. Bajamos a hacer el check out a las 13:20. Y la recepcionista nos dice que tenemos que pagar 10 euros por el retraso de 20 minutos. Punto número 1, somos clientes que repetimos estancia. Punto número 2: en ningún momento nos avisó que un mínimo retraso ocasionaba un pago adicional. Punto número 3: saben que ya es común en muchos hoteles el check out later. Y no permiten salir a las 13 horas sino incluso a las 15 o 17 horas. Punto número 3: en nuestra estancia uno de los días salimos del hotel a las 10:30 después de desayunar y no volvimos hasta las 14:30. Y cual sería nuestra sorpresa que nos encontramos con que nuestra habitación no estaba hecha. Qué hicimos ?. Esperarnos educadamente hasta que la terminaron de limpiar. Qué deberíamos haber hecho si hubiésemos actuado como esta señorita?. Poner una reclamación o exigir el pago del tiempo durante el que no pudimos estar en nuestra habitación por no estar hecha?. Me parece una actuación totalmente ruin por parte de quien nos atendió. Dio la impresión de que estaba pendiente del reloj para cobrarnos esos 10 euros por cualquier minuto de más que excediera de la hora. Y sinceramente me parece algo feo y grotesco a unos clientes de dos años. Se han llevado nuestros 10 euros según unas normas que jamás nos exhibieron ni tuvieron siquiera la profesionalidad de decirnos previamente que podía suceder. No pasa nada. Pero que sepan que ni vamos a volver por ese detalle en nuestra opinión feo y ruin. Ni desde luego NO lo vamos RECOMENDAR A NADIE. Han ganado 10 euros pero han perdido a estos clientes.

Myself and two friends stayed for two nights earlier this month. We were delighted with our stay and would not hesitate to return. Check in was easy and staff were friendly. Parking cost 16 euros a day. Our room was a triple suite. The space was outstanding with an unexpected interconnecting door which led to a second bedroom and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms was lovely. The two bedrooms both had tvs. There was a coffee machine and pods. The breakfast buffet was good with a range of hot and cold options. One member of the group is gluten free and there were limited options in terms of bread products and pastries for them. We had a free drinks token which we used in the bar/cafeteria. This is perhaps the only downside as it feels like a work place canteen with no atmosphere. This is in contrast to the restaurant/ terrace which are pleasant spaces. The highlight of the hotel is the roof terrace and pool. We had no issues getting sunbeds and spent many happy hours on the terrace. Just make sure you apply plenty of sun lotion!! There is also a bar up here serving drinks. *****cola itself is a lovely place. Walking up towards the castle and discovering the streets filled with bars and restaurants was wonderful! We will certainly be returning!

We booked a last minute get away and wanted to be close to the old town so this hotel was ideally situated. The check in was swift and the gentleman was very helpful - he gave us several options of where to park the car with prices and locations. We parked within a 5 minute walk at a cost of 8€ for 24 hours. (Public car park next to the south beach.). We didn’t spend a long time in the room, which was a little on the small side, but it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean with a good shower. There was a safe but we did not use it. There was no information in the room about the WIFI but we could have asked for this at reception.
