Zagaia On the positive side - Great infrastructure and recreational staff for kids Beautiful grounds Travel agency that books your activities in Bonito for you. Good breakfast. Very nice and attentive staff at the restaurant. Comfortable large beds. Curtains that block the light completely. On the negative side - Be prepared to arrive for a late afternoon check in, with extra slow, untrained front desk service, and no help with your suitcases and finding your room in the dark (no resort maps available). The rooms face each other and don’t have a set of sheer curtains. When you’re in the room you have to close the blackout curtains and no light comes in. No closet in the room. Instead, there’s a bar with three hangers and a shelf in the bathroom. No drawers. The bathroom has no windows. Anything you wash and hang in the bathroom will never dry. Bathrooms have three extremely loud exhaust fans each. Housekeeping routinely cleans empty rooms and leaves the exhaust fans on (together with the lights). Be prepared to hear exhaust motors all night. We realized what the noise was after two difficult nights, and had them turned off in the neighboring room. Terrible room maintenance: Upon arrival, we noticed that the phone in the room wasn’t working and we had that changed. The showers have a rubber ***** on the floor to keep the water from flooding the bathroom. Half of our rubber ***** was missing. Maintenance said it would be replaced the next day, but this never happened because they had to order the piece. The front desk asked us to change rooms, which would have been work for us, but housekeeping found a bandaid solution by wrapping a towel in a plastic bag and using that to dam the water in the shower stall. One leaky sink, and the other stopped up - never fixed despite two calls to the front desk which leads me to: Terrible front desk service (and not just checking in). We once forgot a bikini that was left out to dry on a bench near the front door. We noticed on the road and called the front desk to have someone put it in the room for us, and it was still on the bench when we returned in the afternoon. Be prepared to come back to your room at 5:05pm after a long day of activities, to find that housekeeping didn’t clean your room. Then call the front desk and nothing happens. The solution was to speak to the manager of the front desk, who personally brought the one and only housekeeper on duty that tends to emergencies after 5pm. Had to help her to do the bed in order to speed things up. Such a shame because I was here twenty years ago and it used to be an excellent hotel. Will not return, as there is now a better option available.

O hotel fica bem localizado e permite que as saídas à noite sejam feitas caminhando. Há também, dentro do hotel, uma agência que vende os passeios a serem feitos pela cidade. O café da manhã é razoável. O único ponto negativo é o box do banheiro - o vidro só vai até a metade do espaço destinado ao chuveiro, fazendo com que o banheiro fique alagado a cada banho.

Um bom hotel, com um bom espaço. Pontos positivos: Quarto amplo, piscina bacana, bar molhado, muitas espreguiçadeiras e cadeiras ao redor da piscina, diversas áreas de descanso, cozinha compartilhada, estacionamento amplo e boa localização (Próximo ao centro). Pontos de melhoria: •Limpeza do quarto (Quando chegamos o quarto estava sem toalhas de banho e com o piso sujo e na segunda diária o piso novamente não foi limpo e nenhuma toalha ou tapete do banheiro foi trocado). •Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções e bolos ruins. •Atendimento da recepção no momento do Check-in foi ruim. Atendentes perdidos, não encontravam a reserva e conversando uns com os outros a com outros clientes, sem dar a devida atenção ao processo. •Quarto não possui TV nem frigobar.

Fiquei 7 dias , que foram excelentes! O quarto não é luxuoso mas tenta tudo que precisamos e bem arrumado e bem limpinho . A Piscina é maravilhosa e nos dias de calor, na volta dosn passeio é essencial A localização é excelente perto de tudo O atendimento do recepcionista Roberto foi excepcional, deu ótimas dicas de onde comer, comprar e ainda era companhia na espera do receptivo para os passeios . De sugestão só acho que poderia ter variações no café da manha, dura te a semana pois era quase sempre a mesma coisa, embora tudo muito gostoso , ficou repetitivo.

Essa pousada fica bem pertinho (5 minutos a pé) do centro turístico de Bonito, perto de restaurantes, lojas, agência de viagens, mercado e farmácia. O quarto triplo que ficamos foi super confortável, boa cama, bom chuveiro, banheiro grande. Limpeza e troca de tolhas diariamente. Café da manhã muito bom com variedade de sucos, bolos, salgados e pães. Funcionários gentis e com boas dicas sobre a cidade e passeios. Uma ótima opção, por um preço justo. Recomendamos e voltaremos com certeza !

A experiência nesse hotel é muito boa. Os quartos são extremamente limpos, pegamos um com banheiro espaçoso, a piscina é levemente aquecida o que torna muito relaxante. Disponibilizam massagistas (excelente) também possuem cerveja gelada. O local do café da manhã é apertado e não tem ar condicionado, tem apenas 10 mesas, fomos em um horário que não tinha nem lugar pra ficar em pé. Sugestão seria mudar o café para outro recinto já que o hotel é bem amplo e espaçoso. Além disso, poucas opções no café da manhã. Check in e check out tranquilos. O valor da diária na minha opinião é acima da média, não sei se vale tudo que cobram. Pela proximidade a praça central seria um bom negócio, mas quanto mais alto o preço, mais exigente fica o público, então nesse quesito creio que o custo benefício não é bom.
