สไตล์ห้องย้อนยุค สวยดี มีของใช้ในห้องน้ำเพียบ แถมมีตู้เย็นด้วย แต่สระว่ายน้ำระดับบนสุดมีขนาดเล็กมาก ยาวเพียงสองหรือสามเมตรเท่านั้น ไม่มีใครไปว่ายน้ำจริงๆ หากคุณอาศัยอยู่ในสระว่ายน้ำราคาจะสูงขึ้นเล็กน้อย นอกจากนี้ยังมีซาวน่าที่ชั้นบนสุด ซึ่งทำให้อบไอน้ำได้สบายมาก~

Great place to stay friendly staff and very attentive, rooms very clean with coffee tea and fresh water. The breakfast was great plenty of choice. We went to a show and came back to the hotel and went to the bar for a few night caps, the service was excellent Brendan who was on reception and covered the bar has excellent management skills he asked if we were comfortable with our stay and provided top quality service a credit to the hotel. All of us would recommend a stay here it’s very modern comfortable with excellent service. From David, Carol, Donna and Simon.

Pros - Room and facilities in room all top quality andd better than any other aparthotel I'd previously stayed in which I can sometimes find to be cheaply fitted out (this was not) - Great coffee, little treats and real milk in the fridge! And the fact it had a fridge btw to keep my little treats chilled! - Super comfortable bed - The power washer-esque shower nearly knocked me over! - Nice scented toiletries - Ironing board and available without needing to ask reception - Wonderful view across the Manchester skyline - Great location for me, maybe 10-15 minute walk at most in any direction to main areas (Picadilly, Arndale, Deansgate, Spinningfields) with the exception of the Northern Quarter (which I knew) - Room could easily accommodate 3 adults Cons - Downstairs lobby area under refurbishment wasn't the best first impression - Lifts could get busy at different times of day - Touch controls took a little getting used to - Would have been a bit pricey at full price for me as a solo traveller but as it was I got a great deal in advance through a bit of up front research and site searching

Stayed one night in a family room with our autistic nephew who wanted to see the bright lights and trams of Manchester. Hotel is perfectly located for all transport links and right by the Arena. However the locality is a tad dodgy at night with a big homeless population, sadly like most major British cities these days. The adjacent bar and restaurant looked very nice but didn’t use as our nephew would not cope , instead we fed and watered ourselves at the local McDonalds and got a nightcap from Tesco Express, both of which are less than 5 minutes walk away . The room was everything you would expect from a premier inn, clean , well equipped, everything worked , additionally we had great views of the city from the 5th floor . A real bonus for our nephew. An extra towel was helpfully provided on arrival. We couldn’t take our nephew to breakfast but he is used to ( has to) starting his day with toast and red jam! I asked breakfast staff about this and they were enormously helpful providing a tray and for one charge of £8.99 for a continental breakfast I was able to get juice , coffee, croissants and the all important red jam and toast to take back to room, a lifesaver . On departure our nephew very much wanted to get a bus to the train station ( although it’s only a 10 minute walk!) and Dagma on reception was tremendously helpful showing us where to catch the free bus which really put the cherry on top for our special boy. Bravo!
