High quality 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms apartment right by the Palais des Festivals of which it has views.This apartment which is on the 5th floor with an elevator has been renovated and entirely redecorated in 2016, to a very high standard of finishing and equipment.In a secure and well kept building, it is just 4 minutes to walk to the Palais des Festivals and the beginning of the Croisette, the location is just perfect.You enter the apartment into a spacious lobby, to your right you have a corridor with 2 bedrooms, both have en-suite bathrooms, one with a bath tub and shower attachment, a toilet in each bathroom and a washbasin, towel heater.Two bedrooms have double beds of 180cm/200cms, and one of 160/200cm.To your left of the lobby is the living area, of which you have the third bedroom which also be used as an office. This one has a high quality double sofa bed and also an en-suite shower room with a toilet.The living room is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with a lovely in glass, gas fireplace. A lovely large sofa and a dining table for 10.Just off the living room you have a fully equipped kitchen with all the latest technology and mod cons.Off the living room, facing south is a lovely terrace, with views of the Palais des Festivals, the old Port, the sea and the old town. Location is very very good, walking distance to everything. But we had no balcony, which meant we didn‘t have an option to hang up wet stuff.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Nehô Suites in Cannes. The room was very nice, spacious, and quiet. We also had a balcony with a beautiful view of the pool area. Perfect! The spa services can be recommended. We booked a sauna and massages, and it was so nice. Hopefully will have a chance to come back another time. The hotel is very well located, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and positive.

We stayed at the hotel 5 nights at the end of May, beginning of June and we enjoyed our stay very much! Very nice and clean hotel with the lovely cozy garden, which has a perfect location within walking distance to the beach, old town, shops and restaurants. Our room was well equiped, we had everything we needed. The cleaning routins were perfect. The hotel staff was very professional, always nice and helpful. We travel a lot but this was one of the best hotel experiences ever and we definitely come back to Hotel de Provence again!

We always stay in the Victoria if we are in Cannes. You get fair value for your money, being just five minutes away from the glamour of La Croisette. Only the new price tags of the beverages in the bar are a bit out of a reasonable range. The hotel is a heaven of peace in a quiet neighborhood, has a very nice garden and even a small pool. The rooms are spacious and in perfect shape, separate WC included. Very comfortable king size bed. Water pressure a bit low. Parking is available for a reasonable price. Breakfast has remarkably improved since our last stay. Staff is professional and friendly as every time we stay. Overall, highly recommended!

Non è un hotel di lusso, ma ha dalla sua diversi punti a favore, tra cui la pulizia (sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni), la posizione (a due passi spaccati dalla Croisette e dalla stazione) e la cortesia degli albergatori (i quali si sforzano forse di compensare la poca attrattiva dell'albergo con tanta gentilezza e disponibilità). In camera le due mancanze maggiori sono il frigobar (indispensabile in estate per tenere l'acqua al fresco) e un comodino, e il bagno è un po' piccolo e sacrificato, però tutto sommato, per qualche giorno, si sta comunque comodi. La colazione sarebbe migliorabile con un po' di frutta e qualche briosche/dolcetto in più. In conclusione, un buon 2 stelle, comodo e senza pretese.

Is it a 5 star hotel? No not even close but it's descent for the area as it's an expensive area. Agreed that for $350 a night the customer service could be better. But the lobby and rooms are attractive and fresh. (A number of the hotels on my trip were outdated and beaten up.) I like that I had a balcony and there was coffee in the room. It's in a very good location: 15-minute walk from the train station and in walking distance to all the main attractions. A little noisy from the rooms next store. I didn't notice the smell other reviewers did but there is construction going on in the street in front of the building which could be related. In that you must pay the hotel to use the beach, probably better cache to buy the chair and umbrella from the adjacent glamourous Carlton. Get Outlook for iOS

I love this hotel - and have been coming here year on year! It is exactly what I want from a small family hotel - modern clean rooms. Great friendly welcome and excellent value for money. The rooms are small but efficient with a great walk in shower. The location at the heart of Cannes is amazing. The hotel requires major improvements, seems like they are more concerned about paying to be part of the recommended hotels from the “Palace of Festivals and Congress” than fixing all the needs that the hotel has. 1.- Carpets are dirty and have stains all over. 2.- Furniture is old and TVs are from another generation. 3.- Bed mattress needs to be replaced. 4.- Towels needs to be replaced. Positive side: good breakfast experience
