ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างลำเอียง แต่ก็มีแพ็คเกจเชิงพาณิชย์อยู่ข้างๆ ก็โอเค คุณภาพการบริการของโรงแรม อาหารเช้า และสภาพแวดล้อมภายในดีมาก มีสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินอยู่ห่างออกไปโดยใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 15 นาที และไปยังใจกลางเมืองบิลเบาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว คราวหน้าถ้าไปทริปธุรกิจ ฉันจะเปลี่ยนสถานที่ให้ใกล้กว่านี้แต่ก็เหมาะกับการพักผ่อน อยู่โรงแรมทั้งวันก็ได้ 5555

Not the easist hotel to find.......Totem Pole sign hidden by foliage and buildings. Room very small, very clean, shower, toilet and wash basin very much utilitarian....only to be expected, it is a budget hotel. Cafeteria very adequate, serving drinks and buffet breakfast. Large free car park with petrol station next door. Budget Price?.....not really. The name descibes it perfectly in everything except price.

Empleados súper amables y cercanos y resuelven cualquier duda sin problema. El bufet del desayuno, aunque con pocas cosas, todo de primera calidad y reponen todo al momento. La ubicación es ideal, tienes salidas a la A8 a unos metros, para moverte por Bilbao tienes el BEC a unos minutos donde puedes dejar el coche y de ahí al metro o bus urbano. Si volvemos a Bilbao, repetiremos sin dudarlo. Por decir algo malo, que no es culpa de hotel, el ruido de la carretera.

ห้องนอนที่มีห้องเตียงคู่สําหรับใช้คนเดียวและห้องน้ําส่วนตัว ทําความสะอาดดีเยี่ยมเตียงดีมากค่อนข้างเหนือประเภทของสมาชิกสาวต้อนรับดีมากและใส่ใจและให้ข้อมูลเป็นประโยชน์ในการเข้าพักและวิธีการย้าย แม้จะไกลจากใจกลางเมือง แต่ก็มีรถไฟ 1 ขบวนจากตัวตึกที่พาไปใจกลางเมืองได้ภายใน 14 นาที! รถเมล์สองสาย 200 เมตร (2 นาทีถึงจุดประสาท) ป้าย Metro ไม่สามารถเข้าถึงได้เพราะอยู่เลยแม่น้ํา เลย ข่าวแจ้งผิด! คุณภาพ เทียบกับ 1 ยอดเยี่ยม อยากได้อาหารเช้าได้เพราะมีครัวเล็กๆ ทั่วไป พอใจมาก!

We stayed one night in this hotel on the way to the Ferry to Ireland. There is secure underground parking (at extra cost) which we found useful. However, we were disappointed when, having arrived at 3.45 pm in Bilbao after an 8 hour drive in 30 degrees+ we were told that there was no facility for any drinks or refreshments in the Hotel and that such facilities would not be available until 7.30pm. We were further disappointed to find that when we came for breakfast the following morning, there was no coffee, bread or other basic food. We had to ask a member of staff to obtain some basic provisions for breakfast which seemed to confuse him. We noticed that at least four other guests who came after us also had little to eat. We gained the impression (right or wrong) that the hotel is not geared to accommodating foreign guests as after an initial early breakfast rush there seemed little interest in guests coming later. We particularly noted the lack of staff on the ground and everything seemed to be the responsibility of one staff member.
