We stayed here for 2 nights 18/2/24-20/2/24 and glad we did. The room was big and the shower was powerful. There is also tea and coffee in the room along with air conditioning. There is a continental breakfast and you can also order eggs. The hotel is well situated it’s about 10 minutes walk to Puerto Madero where there are lots of bars and restaurants and if you stay there over the weekend there is a really good market about 4 blocks behind the hotel.

A localização do hotel é ótima, pertinho do Porto Madero e de outros pontos como San Telmo e Obelisco - da para ir andando. O café da manhã é Ok. Os recepcionista são excelentes e inclusive você pode deixar suas malas guardadas antes do horário de check-in. A roupa de cama é toalha são de boa qualidade. Silencioso demais, dormi super bem. As instalações são um pouco antiga. No banheiro, o meio blindex não impedia que molhasse o banheiro durante o banho e é bem apertadinho. Não tem muitas tomadas e nem um local para apoiar as malas. Os armários também são antigos, inclusive com cheiro característico.

We stayed at this hotel for our pre-cruise hotel as part of our Antarctica cruise, so we didn't choose it. Location-wise, it wasn't central at all. However, we had stayed at the Four Seasons for a few nights before coming here, so it didn't matter much to us. But I wouldn't recommend this location to any first-time visitors. The room was beautiful and had a gorgeous view. There were two swimming pools - the outdoor pool was a bit disappointing as it was covered under the shade from other high rises when we tried to enjoy it in the afternoon. The indoor pool would be a good alternative if it weren't sunny outside. One thing to note was the hotel's exchange rate. It was far below the official rate, and we wished we had known that ahead of time. Lastly, the check-in and check-out process was a bit slow, and you definitely don't get the same 5-star experience as at the Four Seasons.

Buena ubicación, de noche medio oscuro el barrio para andar caminando. Atención normal. Habitación amplia y cómoda, tiene lo que se necesita, silenciosa, baño todo bien. Estacionamiento también cómodo. Lo peor el desayuno, tendría que ser mejor por la categoría del hotel pero lo que no se entiende es el lugar, 2 barras en el pasillo frente a recepción, con banquetas de chapa altas, sólo 10 lugares, en algunas horas amontonados, muy difícil para personas de edad o con alguna dificultad en la movilidad. El argumento es que para que uno se lleve el desayuno a la habitación, pero tienen un cartel que no se pueden llevar bandejas a la habitación. Pero si no quiero y quiero desayunar en el lugar, tienen que tener un lugar mas amplio y cómodo con sillas y mesas, como en cualquier hotel. Le baja la puntuación porque el resto está todo bien.

Loved this hotel - 6 stars! The staff was amazing, helpful in every way. There is a Dolar Blue money exchange right next door. The location was perfect and in a good location. Our room overlooked the Recoleta Cemetery. An entire block of outdoor restaurants were just around the corner, a mall is across the street, the Hop On Hop Off bus stop is walking distance, the park with Sunday fair is also very close. We arrived at 8:00 a.m., so our room wasn't ready (which we expected), but they have a shower and changing room adjacent to their exercise room that we were able to use. We stayed two nights, then flew to the interior for 12 days of hiking, then returned to this hotel. They kept a piece of non-hiking luggage in storage for us for the 12 days at no cost. We would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, Natalia was so accommodating. We arrived mid morning after a long flight. She offered us refreshments and a place to put our luggage. By noon, our room was ready. Throughout our stay, Natalia and the rest of the staff offered us restaurant ideas, arranged a great tango show and helped us with taxis. Our room, while in the front of the property, was quiet and very large. I will definitely staff here next time I am in Buenos Aires.

This is a fantastic hotel ! Location , Quality of Rooms , Breakfast but above all else it's the Staff , at Reception, in the Dining Room and the people who clean and service the rooms ...all without exception ...superb. Friendly , efficient , eager to assist with all requests and always with a smile! They have made our holiday in Buenos Aires a great one and congratulations to NH Hotels for their staff selection and training processes. It's a winner and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Buenos Aires. Near to main shopping streets , a variety of restaurants and a short taxi ride away from all visitor attractions. Thank you NH Hotel Tango and your excellent staff.

I know this Hotel Since 2004 and visited a couple of times. I near Santa AV, Onje block from 9 de Julio AvV. and les than 5 mins from General San Martin Station (Metro Line C). The guys at the reception are very competent, friendly and attentive. Has 3Elebatores and a pool, restaurant, Sauna, decent Wifi in Lobby and in every floor.. The Hotel has 3 Elevators. Our room was quite big and includes a small refrigerator and a touch induction cooker over the countertop, as well as a microwave. Also there is a 50” Led TV. Air conditioning. Safe deposit Box. The bathroom is well equipped and spacious. Plenty of plugs available in the room (keep in mind that Argentina uses 220V)

No es un hotel, es practicamente un hostel, la habitacion que nos toco no tenia aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de techo y una tecla que accionaba algo parecido a un extractor, habitacion muuuuy caliente, el baño no tiene siquiera una mampara para la ducha por lo que luego de bañ**** si o si hay que pasar un secapiso y llevar el agua hacia la rejilla de desague, el baño tenia una perdida de agua constante por lo que el piso estaba mojado todo el tiempo. Televisor de tubo con video cable, el check out es ANTES DE LAS 10 AM, aclarado en un cartel en la recepcion y tambien en la habitacion. Hay que dejar la llave en recepcion al salir del edificio y solicitarla nuevamente al ingresar. Ubicacion buena, a unas cuadras del obelisco pero ubicado al lado de un ”bar del metal”.

ผมโชคดีที่ได้เดินทางมาทั่วโลกและบางครั้งก็โชคดีที่ได้พักโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดที่เมืองสามารถเสนอได้แต่ไม่มีโรงแรมไหนเทียบกับ L’Hotel Palermo พนักงาน อบอุ่น และมืออาชีพเสมอไป ไปนานมาก รับประกันการเข้าพักของผมเป็นประสบการณ์ระดับแรกและมากกว่านี้ ฉันได้รับเครื่องแปลงไฟฟ้าที่จําเป็นมาก,หน้ากากโควิดที่เปลี่ยนใหม่,โคมไฟอ่านหนังสือที่ดีกว่าสําหรับตาที่ล้มเหลวของฉัน, เส้นทางรอบเมืองที่หาร้านเครื่องปั้นดินเผาที่ดีที่สุดและเบเกอรี่ที่ดีที่สุด, ศูนย์ทดสอบโควิดที่ใกล้ที่สุด, และพอขอดินสอมาก็มาร์ตินสั่งที่ Amazon มาทําไงล่ะ ตอนนี้สําหรับตัวโรงแรม... บริเวณสระว่ายน้ําคือสวรรค์! หนึ่งสามารถนอนอาบแดดได้ล้อมรอบไปด้วยกลิ่นหญ้าที่มีผีเสื้อลอยอยู่เหนือกําแพงไม้เลื้อยๆ เก้าอี้สบาย ผ้าขนหนูกอง น้ําดื่มเย็นๆ ไว้บริการ และสระว่ายน้ําแม้จะไม่ใช่ขนาดโอลิมปิค ก็ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของผม บนี้ สําหรับ complimentary breakfast ... complimentary breakfast ปกติก็ปานกลางที่สุด จึงไม่คาดหวังอะไรเลย แต่ความหลากหลายและคุณภาพของ L’ Hotel Palermo อาหารเช้าเป็นอะไรที่พิเศษมากๆ ชื่นชมทุกเช้าและทุกการกัด ครัวซองอร่อย หลากหลาย ซีเรียล ชีส มื้อเที่ยง ผลไม้สด มีให้เลือก น้ําผลไม้ กาแฟ ชา และอื่นๆ ได้เรื่อยๆ เริ่มตั้งแต่ 7 โมงเช้า อาหารเช้าอร่อย รสชาติดีจริงๆ ห้องพักสะอาดสะอ้าน เตียงนอนเขียวชอุ่ม สบาย และแรงดันน้ําของฝักบัวที่แรงสะใจคือความสุขของชาวนิวยอร์กที่อาศัยอยู่มานานนี้ ถ้าเสียงเหมือนจะสั่นเหมือนฝักบัว... ใช่เลย รัก L’ Hotel Palermo นอกจากนี้ ย่าน ปาเปโรมา (ร้านค้า ร้านอาหาร หยาบคาย) พร้อมกับความมีชีวิตชีวาของคนอาร์เจนตินา ทําให้ฉันอยากอยู่แต่สิ่งที่ดีงามทุกอย่างต้องมาจบลง ผมเขียนรีวิวนี้ในเที่ยวบินกลับกลับบ้านรู้สึกพอใจกับหัวใจที่เต็มไปด้วยความทรงจําดีๆ ขอบคุณทุกคนเป็นพิเศษ - Mariana, Lucas, Martin, Lucila, Raquel, Norma, Jose, Juan Pablo, Jean Paul, Marina, Matias, Monica, Soledad & Matias ความเป็นมืออาชีพและน้ําใจที่ผสมผสานกันทําให้นักเดินทางที่เหนื่อยล้านี้รู้สึกได้รีแล็กซ์ อีกอย่างหนึ่ง - โรงแรมและบริเวณสระว่ายน้ําน่าทึ่งกว่าในรูป ภาพถ่ายในเวปไซด์แม้จะดีก็ตามไม่จับภาพความขลังและความน่ารักของ L’ Hotel Palermo ขอแนะนํา! The hotel is not modern century, but the service, food and customer service where exceptional! Pricing wasn't bad either. We choose to pay in American Money, and it was so affordable. The food provided which was included in our stay was so wonderful! If you're not going to be at your hotel for most of the day, and need to eat a great breakfast and/or dinner, this is your place! I assign a relatively low rating for the overall experience due to two factors: 1. A very poor breakfast and 2. A front desk experience that was less than satisfactory, mainly because two out of three of the staff were young and inexperienced—and most of the issues I experienced were due to a single, young lady, who would benefit from additional customer training. On 1, the quality of items was unsatisfactory—the orange juice was not a juice at all but some sugary, orange flavored drink; the cut fruit was mushy pieces of melon and orange, and kiwis (on one day). The scrambled egg was tough. The yogurt was full of sweeteners and artificial flavors. The cake and danishes were stale. On 2, I asked for a receipt for the hotel bill, which I had paid in cash and was told that I could have an email copy later but would have to wait to get a printed receipt at checkout as the system was difficult to work with. In order to ensure that I had a receipt for a cash payment I agreed to wait. With time running out for an international flight to catch, I waited patiently for some time (close to ten minutes) as the desk lady took the time to serve other customers—asking about tours and the like. Finally, I asked about the receipt again and was given a rude answer. I asked for the manager and was told that none was available, and I would just have to wait if I needed a hard copy of my receipt. Eventually, a receipt was printed for me but it was just an invoice and I had to then ask for another iteration showing a cash payment.

One of the poorest experiences in a so-called Luxury Property I’ve ever had. And I have had plenty, I hold status with various Hotel Chains, Titanium Elite with Marriott amongst others. We were returning to Uruguay From Buenos Aires and were needing a 1 night stay in the Campana Area to have a good Night Rest and maybe some Spa Time. Since none of our preferred Hotel Chains had a local presence I decided to explore one of my minor Loyalty Programs, Accor. That’s how we came to know this Sofitel Property. Once arrived at the locations my wife and I were a bit confused. The Setting was not very Hotel like. At the gate we found out that we were entering a gated community. This was not mentioned on the Accor website. If I had known that I would not have stayed there. I’ve nothing against it but I’m familiar with the urban and natural design of these areas and It’s not my cup of tea if on Holiday. Anyway, once at the gate we had to wait for several minutes to get access even after providing ou ID’s to the security guards. They would not let us through until the property confirmed that we were on the reservation list. Once the Hotel finally confirmed we were asked to open our trunk for inspection before accessing the community. This was a very hostile situation. I’ve had better experiences with TSA. At check-in I expressed my discontent with the front desk employee who did not address the issue nor offered any kind of apology. I’m just starting to assume things are done this way at this hotel, a little less Hospitality and little more rudeness. After the check-in process was fulfilled credit card swiped forms filled out we were “reminded” that check-out was at Noon sharp and that we would not be welcome to stay at the premises afterwards. ***, really? No lunch?, No visit to the garden? No possibility to leave luggage until the afternoon for a quick visit to the city nearby? No, you are requested to LEAVE at noon. Well, that was it for us. We no longer felt welcome there. We decided to get some work done and have dinner before going to bed and leave the next morning right after Breakfast. The room was good. Although, I had requested and paid for a King Size bed, we were given two twin beds instead. It’s spacious with a modern design. The TV is rather small considering the size of the room. The Bath Room is comfortable, it has a separate walk in shower and bath tub. There’s also a nice and spacious balcony without comfortable furniture. That is not a big issue as you don’t want to stay there too long. There’s a highway nearby and after a few minutes the sound off traffic gets on your nerves. We ordered Simple room service dishes. Steak with mashed potatoes and a Burger with fries. Steak was acceptable served a bit cold though. Burger was not very good. Bun was to dry and patty overcooked. No sauce hence Superdry experience.
