"My boyfriend and I decided to switch to this hotel after we didn’t like our other one, and from the moment we got there, we knew we had made a great choice! We were greeted with a smile and a very cold bottle of water and then a man helped us carry our bags up the stairs. Our view from the room was stunning and worth every cent we spent here! The bed was clean and comfy and came with towels. They had a refrigerator, water heater and coffee/tea packets and AC. The bathroom was quite large and had soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Our only issue was the shower and sink had salt water, but when we brought it up with one of the workers, she mentioned it was common in dry season and offered us free bottles of water to use to brush our teeth :) The next day we walked right on shore and upon our return, they had made up the room, changes our towels and given us more water! To top it all off, my boyfriend stepped on a sea urchin the day before we had to leave, so his foot was as full of spikes. As we went to check out, it was high tide, so there was no sand to walk on and he didn’t want to dirty his feet, so they put him and our bags in a kayak and gave him a piggy back ride to dry land! So incredibly nice! Definitely recommend staying here :)"
"Big rooms but needs to make improvements. The water in the shower smells bad and there are no pressure in the shower. Beds ok. We chose this hotel to get away from the party beach. But instead the music bounces from the hill behind so it was so loud, i couldn't sleep. Many steeps to the cottages. Breakfast good, is made by order. Nice staff when you ask things but everybody are sitting with their mobilephones in their faces. Nice wibes in the bar."
"The staff was friendly but the hotel is very rough. We had rooms spread up a very steep, uneven, long stairway that had no dependable railings. One trip at the top would have been hospitalization for people over 60. The rooms had only a couple of sockets, and those were in use for a light and little refrigerator. The views were excellent - but by facing the north bay these big windows received direct blasts from huge audio systems across the bay and in the restaurant below, until after 1 am. So if you are young, stay up late anyway, and don't mind risks and roughing it, this could be your adventure. Otherwise avoid this."
