We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. The location is great – you can easily rent a scooter directly from the hotel at a good price. If you prefer walking, it takes about 20 minutes downhill to reach the lively area with lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping options. Our villa with sea view was absolutely beautiful and worth it. The view was stunning, the room was very clean, and housekeeping came every day. Breakfast was tasty and had everything you need, even though it wasn’t very varied. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely book it again on our next visit to Koh Tao.

It was a wonderful stay with friendly people. The cabin we stayed in was very nice and they arranged transportation from the hotel back to the pier. It is within walking distance of all kinds of nice shops and restaurants and also has a restaurant on the beach.

Came here to relax for a day after getting my diving certificate. The hotel is very cost-effective, you can take photos everywhere, the service staff are very good, there are many stairs in the hotel, there is a special person responsible for taking the luggage, you can snorkel on the beach, I saw a lot of fish and two turtles, I heard there were small sharks, but I didn't see them, I will come again if I have the chance.

Breakfast is OK but nothing special. Already had a more extensive offer. Dinner in the restaurant is very good. The accommodation - we had a bungalow (a suite according to the description) - for 4 people with a sea view. Very nice. The beach section is dirty and not ideal for swimming. There are 2 beautiful pools, but we searched in vain for the pool bar.

Simple Life As the name suggests, there were all the best things that were not too luxurious. The room was big and very affordable. The pool is not big, but it was good. There was a pick-up and he came to pick me up, but for some reason I was asked to pay 50 baht on my way home. This was a defect in the ball. Others were good.

Bans! Been in and out this place throughout the years since 2015 and kept coming back wether I dive or just having a chill trip in koh tao. Bans, was by far MY FAV for many reasons. Location is great, big resorts, i am in love with pool with cafe (behind the lake) and their outdoor shower + amenities! I enjoy my morning dips, my painting session, my coffee and books afternoon. Just this time round, it was just a tad different feelings and experience. Mostly are still great but theres confusion of the room booked and the actual room itself (i reckon website needs to be updated and clearer details) and a minor incident where I have to pay additional 1 night just because the reception didn’t remember that Ive paid which partly my fault for not asking receipt and or prove of payment. Also, Bans used to be having such a great team member in service but ive came across some that’s quite cold and impatient unfortunately this time round unfortunately. sad 😢 and last thing my room floor were sandy meaning the room cleaning isnt that immaculate. Hopefully, next time I go back “home” this feeling was just such indifference and bans will still be me fav.

Highly recommended 👍👍👍. More than two kilometers away from the pier, but there is a free car to pick up and drop off. The beach is beautiful, very comfortable, calm and quiet, swimming is very comfortable, very suitable for children to play in the water. The resort has its own diving training, and it is suitable for those who want to learn diving. The restaurant near the sea is delicious and cheap, the boss and staff are warm and friendly, and the price is cheap.

You will have amazing views from the room and the truth is that the staff is very attentive and always eager to help. What I didn't like is that the photos do not match reality and the Risort is still under construction, it has great potential but it has many things to improve, the bed is not comfortable at all for the price paid, the decoration of the room It is very basic, it does not make you feel like you are in a superior Risort which is what you see in the photos, you will have the views, but do not expect great comforts, then it is built on a cliff and the hill to go to the exit of the Telita hotel hahahaha I find this difficult for older people, even though I believe that if it were home they have a golf cart in which they took our suitcases that could be used**** to help the elderly. Another good thing and I recommend yes or yes is taking the boat from the hotel to the small island next door, it is 3 minutes but it is an incredible place that you cannot miss if you go, they also offer the option of renting a motorcycle, which is super good because you already pick it up from the hotel and when you leave you can leave it right there. That saves you the trip to another motorcycle agency of which there are a thousand! In short, I recommend it because the stay, if I compare it overall, was good but don't expect great luxuries.

I would not recommend staying at Sairee Hut Resort. The place is extremely run down. Our room had no hot water, the shower drain was clogged and overflowing, and mosquitoes filled the room, making it uncomfortable to sleep. However, what bothered me most was the resort’s treatment of animals. They keep wild birds confined in small cages out front, with barely any room to move, let alone fly. I’m not sure if this is cultural or meant for tourist entertainment since the birds can talk, but whatever the reason, it is cruel! Birds are meant to be free, not locked in cages for display. These birds were kept in the cages for the entire duration of our stay, and I can only imagine how long they’ve been trapped there. Overall, this resort was disappointing, both in its facilities and ethics. I would not stay here again.
