|1.84km กม.จากตัวเมืองIf you prefer a place for your summer holiday which is not too big, basically at the city center, with direct access to its own beach, very well maintained, clean with helpful, kind but not intrusive staff, this is the place to go. I have been travelling around the world and good hotels can be found everywhere. So what specifically makes this hotel among the good ones?! I already mentioned some of the traits in my first sentence. Still, it is worth highlighting that this hotel is maintained daily. This means, people are fixing thing continuously. That is rare. It is very clean and the staff makes it stays clean throughout day. Another pretty amazing thing was a smooth operation and management of hotel staff specially the one in the kitchen and dinning hall. The moment you turn your had the table behind is cleaned and ready to be used by another guest. The waiters and supervisors are there if you need them. Otherwise they are absolutely kind and noninvasive. The supervisors quietly monitor the process, help where needed and give orders almost without being noticed. The food was excellent if you like lots of Turkish dishes, lots of fresh vegetables, salads, fruits like we did. Every nigh, the hotel offers a special meal prepared in addition to the regular offer. It may also be decisive for you to know that English is spoken in this hotel, guest are from different countries (not only Russia) and music is variety of local an international pop.

|0.35km กม.จากตัวเมืองThis is a small hotel with only 84 rooms. We had a pool view room but wouldn't necessarily go for that if we came again! It was very clean, sheets and towels changed regularly. New bottles of water put in the fridge when needed. Tea and coffee not topped up. Good shower pressure and hot water. Wifi good in the room and by the pool. Food was good with plenty of choice for a small hotel. Lots of salads and stews and a chef frying foods along with roasts on some days. Plenty of fruit, puddings and ice cream at the beginning of our holiday however when it was getting nearer to the end of October when they were closing they ran out of ice cream, melon, cornflakes, tomato juice and bananas, although they did then get some more bananas on our last few days! We did mention this to the TUI rep who have us a voucher to compensate for this! Each night was a different theme and enjoyed by both of us until the theme was fish which ended up being fish and not a lot else, we would have liked a little more choice on that evening! A microwave would have been good to warm up food when needed. The staff are lovely, especially the lady at reception. It is quiet, no children, one of the reasons we booked it! The pool area was quite busy at the beginning of our stay but then became quiet. If you need a mattress for extra comfort they will get you one, just ask. There is a no smoking area both in the dining room and at the pool area as well! There is a part of the beach just for this hotel and a beach bar with very clean toilets which also served food. There are a few areas that could be tweaked, the chef at the cooking station cooks the food far too early and so it sits being kept warm, not good. You couldn't take food or drinks to your room??? The entertainment was quite loud although it did finish at 11pm however the noise from the sister hotel at the side of ours was awful at times but again did stop soon after ours! There is a library and table tennis along with other activities going on especially at the beach. There are shops right outside the hotel, very samey! We got the bus into Kemer where you get on at the back and pay when you get off. We paid in Lira. The weather was wall to wall sunshine most of the time with a couple of windy days and one cloudy. The temperature was top 20s at first, cooling down a little as it got to the end of October, especially first thing in the morning. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and will be back, thank you Pasha's Princess.

Очень отзывчивый и все время помогал. Прилетали в аэропорт, откуда нам был организован трансфер прямо до отеля. Самостоятельно добираться можно на машине, общественным транспортом, пожалуй, будет слишком долго и трудно. Долмуш (местный автобус) ездит только от деревни до трассы, а на трассе нужно будет ловить что-то ещё. Хозяин встретил, провел до бунгало, рассчитывались с ним за проживание только через день, так что про вопросы оплаты сразу голова забита не была. Территория состоит из нескольких бунгало и внутреннего дворика с гамаками, шезлонгами и столиками. Тропинки между бунгало и кухней выложены мраморной плиткой и приподняты над землёй. На каждом бунгало есть веранда со столом и стульями. Для детей установлены шалаши и мини-бассейны. У входа на территорию стоит кухня и терасса, где подают завтраки и ужины. Завтрак включен в стоимость, ужин за отдельную плату. На завтрак подают омлет или вареное яйцо (на выбор), овощной салат, оливки, батон, джем, масло, сыр, чай/кофе или соки (наливать самостоятельно). Чай в течение дня можно налить себе бесплатно, остальные напитки за отдельную плату. Ужин нужно заказывать до 3 часов этого же дня, время ужина любое. Ужин в основном простой, какие-то более-менее сытные блюда нужно брать за отдельную плату. Стоит попробовать, прежде чем ходить в рестораны в центре. Бунгало стоят близко, но поставлены так, чтобы друг другу не мешать. Окна спален выходят или на зелень или на другое бунгало, во внутренний двор окон почти нет. В каждом бунгало есть кондиционер или два. Кондиционеры чистые, работают хорошо. Постельное бельё, полотенца, туалетную бумагу и принадлежности меняют только по запросу, уборка также делается по запросу. Бунгало закрываются на ключ с брелком, который включает электричество - без ключа в бунгало электричества нет. Бунгало изнутри отделаны доской, на полу также доска. В ванной комнате на полу плитка. Душевая кабина новая, работает отлично. Горячая вода подогревается через солнечные коллекторы, поэтому после захода солнца горячую воду надо будет подождать. Уличного душа нет. Возле входа в бунгало есть кран с водой для того, чтобы помыть ноги. На веранде растянуты веревки для просушки белья. Ночью почти ничего не сохнет - в сентябре по ночам была высокая влажность. По территории отеля бродят курицы из соседнего хозяйства, бродячие коты, ёжики и черепахи. Комаров практически нет, но есть кусучие мухи, хоть их и не много. Ночью на территории стоит мертвая тишина. Первые звуки начинаются с восходом солнца от ближайших петухов. Иногда под окнами копается курица в сухих листьях, иногда бродит черепаха. В остальном же, отлично высыпаешься. В бунгало были: холодильник с маленькой морозильной камерой, чайник, пластиковый стакан для чая, полотенце банное и обычное, подушки и постельное белье, декоративные подушки, два кондици

|0.9km กม.จากตัวเมืองWe have been to Turkey 7 times and have always enjoyed our stay at the various hotels we have chosen. This was our second time staying at the Mirada Del Mar along with my wife's sister and husband. My wife's sister makes all the arrangements for both her and her husband and ours through her travel agent in St. Petersburg Russia. Hotels, flights, and airport transfers are all paid months in advance. We checked in on the early evening of October 14th. The two young women at the check-in counter asked for our passports and when we presented our United States passports, we were informed that because we were checking in with U.S. Passports and not Russian passports there would be extra charges that needed to be paid. This was supposedly due to currency exchange rates between Russian and United States currency. This did not happen last year when we checked in so we instantly knew something was wrong. Without that prior knowledge, we would have just paid the charges not knowing they were not necessary. My wife pointed out that she has both U.S. and Russian passports but only brought our U.S. passports on this trip. The woman said she needed to produce a Russian Passport or we would have to pay the extra charges. We were fortunate enough to be able to contact her sister's travel agent in St. Petersburg, after work hours, who sent us a digital image of my wife's passport. The women reluctantly accepted this as proof, but said it was only temporary. They said they would check with their supervisors the next morning. We never heard anything else from anyone so we believed everything was fine, and it was. When my wife's sister contacted the travel agent, the agent became quite agitated. She stated that the two women had no good reason to even bring up this matter, that there were no extra charges required, and the women should have known better. She expressed her disappointment with Mirada Del Mar at that moment. This should never have happened. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mirada. I have very finicky eating habits but I was always able to enjoy a very good meal at each of the 3 mealtimes. At breakfast time I got to know Kahn, I hope that is the correct spelling of his name. He was working at the beverage bar and after the second day, he recognized me and knew that I would be asking for 2 glasses of orange juice which I did 2 times each morning. I had the same results over at the fried egg station. I like scrambled eggs. After ordering them for two days, the gentleman there recognized me and I didn't even have to ask him for the rest of our stay for my 4 scrambled eggs. He just knew. The women at the guest services desk were able to quickly and very pleasantly handle any internet problems we were having on our various devices and were a delight to work with. Personal didn't know English (knowing few basic phrases is not enough for saying that workers KNOW AND UNDERSTAND English laguage ).Even Russian is barely understandable... Only few persons can contact properly. FOOD: You can eat it but it's same everyday.Maybe few variants are diferent but all in all its not ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE.One of workers at dinner won't let bring two tables together(us was 6 persons,so its normal that we want have dinner together...) As answer i have rude swear like turkish phrases back(so well, they know languages as i understand,but only their).But for example guy who makes pita outside is cool and polite one(everyone can be like him ). BAR AND DRINKS:Variety of drinks is sad,almost all are locals,and not strong at all (i think because watering it down).Only one bartender from all hotel know how to work at bar.. (Sparkling wine always warm,same as wine,bartenders cant recognize fanta without syrup and just gives you that).Also you can forget to have for example double whiskey(i don't understand why bcause of their language skills).And what the hell limitations in ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE? For my luck the shop which is near not limitaded my drinks,and sold all i want. POOL AND SAUNA: Pool is clean,have a view at mountains.There are places to lay down.Sometimes lounge music which makes place perfect.Sometimes loud and local music( i underatand that hotel is in Turkey,but everyday same playlist,c'mon ).Sauna is cheap and dirty,not worth at all. ATTRACTIONS:Animations is for Russian speakers.So we don't understand their program till the end.Club schedule is similar,party with russian music was not for us also(live perfomance was also on Russian..).Pool table works few hours in a day,so everyone phisically imposible to play.Table tenis is open always,but it is kind of extreme game (slippery around like on ice). SEA:A lot of stones,must have footwear for swimming,then be there is kind of possible,Jumping bridge is waving because maded from plastic(photo of hotel with bridge which is showed is not true).We tried to go there and understood that theybare of other hotels.But in all it's ok be near seaside. HOTEL:Room looks like good,fresh ,but made from paper(you will hear neighbours from all sides,also club party till late night.Cleaning was not bad,but didnt have any fill ups of shower gel,conditioner(we have our own,but oh well,ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE,magbe its normal). OVERALL:By stars its maximum barely 3.Ultra all inclusive is just all inclusive.If you know Russian,you will be happy,maybe.Don't recommend.Better pay little bit more and find another place :))

|1.36km กม.จากตัวเมืองМы останавливаемся в этом апарт отеле во второй раз. Персонал очень приветливый, бизнес семейный и они хорошо заботятся об отеле. Вся территория ухоженная и цветущая, всё чисто. В стоимость входит завтрак. Предлагают разные закуски: оливки, сыр, колбасу, хлеб, овощи. Так же всегда свежая выпечка, горячее блюдо (омлет, баклажаны, картошка), кофе, чай. Арбуз, хлопья. Есть из чего выбрать. До моря 10 минут через центральную улицу, на которой много магазинов и кафе. Два супермаркета через дорогу. Сами апартаменты достаточно просторные. Есть балкон в каждой комнате. Теперь небольшие нюансы. Они не портят общее впечатление, но хочу про них рассказать, чтобы была полная картина. На кухне переносная плита с одной конфоркой, очень слабой. Готовить долго и по очереди. Толстые подушки. Было неудобно на них спать. Но возможно кому-то понравится. Ремонт и мебель не самые свежие. Всё приятное и чистое, просто не самое новое.

Шампунь, бальзам в бутылочках, а не в дозаторах, как во многих сейчас отелях. Есть чайник и капсульная кофеварка!Сейф и интернет бесплатные.По питанию выбор небольшой, но нам всего хватало. Очередей не было, всё спокойно, без суеты. Порадовало, что есть соки в тетрапаках, не юпи. На завтраках мед в сотах,вкусная паста из маслин. Жарили омлет с начинками. На обеды и ужины всегда были и мясо, и рыба. В отеле 3 бара. Алкоголь неплохой(был и импортный) :вино, шампанское, водка, виски,пиво.Делали коктейли.Мороженое, чай, кофе, пирожные весь день в кафетерии, в отдельном здании. Были в рыбном аля-карт ресторане. Лосось ооочень вкусный. На пляже, где стоят лежаки, песок.В море,у берега большие камни, но это Бельдиби...Входа с берега нет, но есть хороший пирс, с двумя лестницами. Пирс новый, лежаки тоже. Мест всем везде хватало, занимать не надо было.Анимации не было. Нам и не надо было, но супругу не хватило волейбола.Если бы был волейбол, вернулись бы ещё.Всегда отдыхали в пятёрках, но этот отель оказался ни сколько не хуже, а в некоторых моментах и лучше некоторых пятерок.Спасибо персоналу за отличный отдых!!!

|1.57km กม.จากตัวเมืองЧитаешь позитивные отзывы и очень сильно удивляешься, такое ощущение, что отдыхали в совершенно разных отелях. Отдыхали втроём, засели в номер, где всего было только на две персоны: два мыла, два шампуня, два стакана и два набора полотенец (пришлось просить дополнительный набор). Хорошо, что хоть спальных мест было три. Вообще при всем многообразии минусов начать хочется с самого большого - с полотенец и постельного белья. Полотенца ВСЕ грязные, в непонятных пятнах разных цветов, о природе которых можно только догадываться. Из девяти белых полотенец, полученных при заезде, все были грязными. Также в дополнении к трем полотенцам на человека дают какую-то непонятную косынку больше похожую на плед, мы стелили ее на лежак, когда ходили к бассейну. Постельное белье тоже грязное, и меняли его только один раз за 10 ночей. Сами номера маленькие. Квадратные метры использованы нерационально, можно было бы расположить мебель иначе, чтобы было больше пространства для передвижения. На стенах были какие-то поделки и пятна. Холодильник весь обледенелый, постоянно подтекал. Также за время нашего пребывания умудрилась сломаться лейка душа и крепление крышки унитаза. Хорошо, что душ починили довольно быстро. В номерах проводят влажную уборку - это плюс. Но нам несколько раз не докладывали туалетную бумагу, приходилось ходит за ней самим. Душ никак не огорожен, а выполнен лишь шторкой. Из-за этого вся вода растекается по полу, и образуется грязь. В самой ванной комнате нет никакой полочки, а крючков всего два (это в номере на троих, напоминаю). Не знаю, может быть мы проживали в отеле в смену недружелюбного персонала, но мы нигде не нашли тех самых ”приветливых сотрудников”, которых так все нахваливают. У сотрудников нет никаких отличительных знаков, а администраторы не всегда сидят за стойкой регистрации, поэтому отличить, где постолец, а где работник отеля на ресепшене затруднительно. Ключ вроде как нужно оставлять на ресепшене, но за ним никто не следит, потому что, как уже писал выше, никого за респшенем обычно нет, а при получении ключа тебя никак не идентифициуют. С ланчбоксами вообще целый квест. Дважды уезжали на экскурсию до завтрака, который начинался в 8:00, поэтому просили дать с собой еду, нам говорили, что мы можем просто прийти за полчаса до начала и покушать, как обычно. Дважды мы так приходили, и дважды не были ещё выложены основные блюда которыми можно было бы нормально наесться, приходилось завтракать салатами. В день отъезда у нас было раннее выселение, мы попросили и на ресепшене, и на кухне сделать ТРИ ланчбокса, по итогу нам сделали их сделали ДВА. WIFI в номере платный, а на ресепшене ужасно медленный и часто отключается. В конце про завтраки. У нас не было ни макарон, ни картошки. Из постоянного: жаренные кабачки, баклажаны, один и тот же сыр с разными обсыпками, один вид колбасы, помидоры, огурцы, салат. |0.82km กม.จากตัวเมืองเราอยู่ที่โรงแรมเมื่อปลายเดือนเมษายน 2023 เรามาถึงวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์เป็นเวลา 2 วัน ในหมวดราคาโรงแรมเป็นเพียง 🔥🔥🔥 เรามีที่ที่เราอยู่มากมาย สาวๆใน resepschen ฉลาด ในความสะอาดและระเบียบของโรงแรมอาหารเป็นเพียงเนื้อสัตว์ ไก่ หม้อต้ม ปลาแดงย่าง ซอสครีม ฯลฯ อยู่ฝั่งแรก ชายหาดดี โดยทั่วไปแล้วฉันขอแนะนําว่าทุกวันในโรงแรมมีแอนิเมชั่นทั้งกลางวันและเย็น แน่นอน ถ้าไปที่นี่ 10 วัน ไม่รู้ใครอาจจะดูเบื่อ แต่คนได้พักผ่อนเต็มโรงแรมแล้ว ทุกคนก็มีความสุข ที่ Sneak bar พิซซ่าอร่อยมาก guisele, nagits, fries, shaurma เบียร์ ค็อกเทล เครื่องดื่ม ฯลฯ ตลอดทั้งวันสําหรับเที่ยวบิน ไอศกรีมมีคุณภาพสูงและอร่อย เราจะกลับมาอีกครั้งเมื่อเป็นไปได้ 🤞🏼

Питание все есть, много овощей свежих, тушеные перцы, баклажаны, курица, нагетсы, арбузы, дыни, яблоки. Чай, кофе, вино белое и красное, вода с газом, кола, спрайт. Номер чистый с балконом, горячая вода есть, шампунь и мыло докладывают, чистый бассейн. В очень удобном месте располагается отель, пляж 5 минут. Мы благодарны за прекрасный отдых. As we were traveling in a group of 8 people they offered us to stay in two bedroom apartments. What we happy to accepted at that time, but I would say that there all fun stopped. Rooms: The whole hotel property smelled of sewage, I guess they have some issues with that. Bathrooms were also unpleasantly smelly. Bathroom doors needed to be closed at all times. On top of that our bathroom had a colony of ants. Overall rooms were nice, clean, modern, with comfortable beds. Closet space was too small. Bar: Bars served horrible cocktails. I think there was only one decent bar tender who knew what he was doing. Food: Food choice was ridiculously small. Me as a person who eats only Chicken (no fish or red meats) I was living on vegetables mainly. Overall food was the same trough out all 12 days we stayed. I would also like to mention that restaurant outer part were they grill fish and meat had ventilation problems. Smoke was allover the place and smell was horrible, therefore for most part we eat inside. Activities: There were not many activities, so we were a bit bored for most of the time. We tried playing tennis but it was quite popular as there was not much to do. Tennis balls they gave us were in horrible condition, all outer green cover was gone and rackets were falling apart. If you want beautiful ”Instagram” pictures with no service and horrible food- this is a hotel for you.

From the very first night, I suffered from food poisoning after eating at the hotel, which completely ruined my holiday. I was ill for the entire trip, stuck in my room for four days, unable to enjoy any of the activities me and my partner had planned. This was especially upsetting as I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and instead of enjoying excursions, I spent the day and evening in bed. We also missed out on visiting the Land of Legends theme park due to the sickness as well. My partner and I have only been able to eat plain pasta, rice, and drink water, during the stay not being able to enjoy any of the restaurants. We experienced severe sickness, diarrhea, and cramping, leaving us with no energy to enjoy the facilities or even spend time outside in the sun. Additionally, I witnessed something very disturbing that raised serious concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and treatment of animals. I saw behind the kitchen door that a cat was thrown into a wheelie bin and duct-taped while it was screaming. This behavior is not only inhumane but also raises significant red flags about the hygiene and standards of the kitchen. Moreover, we noticed that many glasses had lipstick marks and dirt all over them, which made us avoid having any soft drinks during our stay. This lack of cleanliness is simply unacceptable and contributed to our overall negative experience. This was meant to be a relaxing holiday, but instead, it has been a nightmare. The fact that this occurred right at the beginning of our stay is completely unacceptable, and we feel we have lost the experience we paid for. I hope the management takes this matter seriously, as I believe guests should be compensated for significant issues like this, I feel deeply let down by the standards here.

|2.05km กม.จากตัวเมืองNous avons passé un peu moins d'une semaine dans le complexe Han-De Homes. Nous en avons été absolument ravis ! L'accueil a été très simple, très complet et très agréable, avec pleins de bons conseils dès l'arrivée. Le confort de l'appartement était vraiment génial. Très bien équipé, une climatisation qui marche à merveille, un séjour qui reste très grand même une fois les deux canapés convertis en lits. Et surtout : la terrasse qui donne directement sur la piscine ! Et quelle piscine : gigantesque pour les 24 (?) appartements du site. Du coup, on a toute la place pour s'ébattre sans gêner le voisin. Des chaises longues, tables et chaises sont à disposition. Il y a même des barbecues et une salle de sport que nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'essayer. Le tout semble quasiment neuf ! Aucun problème pour garer sa voiture, soit dans le parking intérieur, soit juste devant dans la rue. Le rapport qualité prix de ce complexe est juste incroyable ! (au point même que je me demande - réflexion toute personnelle - si ils rentabilisent leur investissement). Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Öncesinde yorumları okuduk ama ne kadar kötü olabilir ki deyip kendimizi ikna ettik ve otele gittik. Hayatımda gördüğüm en rezil oteldi.Otel resmen döküntüyü. Otelin kendine ait otoparkı yok. Arabamızı yol kenarına çektikten sonra Half Dome merdiveni gibi merdivenden bavul indirdik. Bırakın bavul indirmeyi insan zor iniyordu. En üst kattaki odamıza bavulu taşıyarak çıktık çünkü asansör yok. Oda çok küçük ve bakımsızdı. Balkon 2 metre kareydi. Çamaşır asma ipi yoktu. Çarşaflar pisti. Bizden önce kalan kızların saçlarının olduğu çarşafı değiştirmemişler. Bavulumuzdaki çarşafları serdik. Odada buzdolabı yok.İnternet az çekiyordu. Banyo da pisti. Lavabo bataryaları pislikten yosun tutmuştu.Bataryalar 1990'larda kullanılan döndürmelilerden.Köylerde bile şu an bu bataryalar kullanılmıyor. Aç kapa bataryalar kullanılıyor.Bunların fotoğrafını çekmeyi unuttum. Fotoğrafları buraya koymak isterdim.Musluk seperatörü o kadar kireçliydi ki musluğu sonuna kadar açmamıza rağmen su az akıyordu. Otel sahibi 22 numara anahtarla ya da bir penseyle seperatörü söküp kireç çözücüyle temizlemeyi bile müşterisine layık görmemiş. Hadi o görmedi de otelin temizlikçisi de mi layık görmedi? Odayı temizlerken(temizler gibi yaparken çünkü oda pislik içindeydi) en fazla 5 dakikasını alırdı. Duş başlığı kireçten mahvolmuştu. Duşakabin içine tekli banyo köşeliği bile koyulmamış. Bu ürünün maliyeti 10-15 liradır. Şampuanı yere koymak zorunda kaldım. Bu ucuz ama insanın konforuna büyük etki edecek ürünü bile almaktan aciz bir otel sahibi var.Şampuanı da kendim getirdim. Otel sıvı sabun dışında bir şey vermedi. Gece su sıcaktı çünkü hava güneşli olduğundan su ısınmış ama 9'da uyandığımızda henüz güneş çok ısıtmamış olacak ki soğuk suyla yıkadık.Titreye titreye yıkanıp kendimizi saç kurutma makinesiyle ısıttık. Saydığım her şeyin bir şekilde çözümü var diyelim ama oteldeki gürültünün çözümü yok. Odalar çok küçük ve birbirine çok yakın. Balkonlar arasında el ele tutuşulabilir. Normal otellerde 1 oda olacak oda ikiye bölünmüş. Odalar arasında tuğla değil kartonpiyer var gibiydi çünkü yan odadaki çocuk ağlama sesi,öksürük sesi,konuşma sesi çok net duyuluyordu. Yan oda klimayı çalıştırınca bizim odanın içinde yüksek ses ve titreşim oldu çünkü klimanın dış ünitesi oda kapımıza çok yakındı. Zaten duvarlar o kadar ince ki yumrukla bile kırılacak gibi.Odalar arasında çift tuğla olacak ki kimse kimsenin sesini duymayacak ama bırakın çift tuğlayı tek tuğla bile değil kartonpiyer gibiydi. Yan odanın klima sesinden ve diğer rahatsız edici seslerden kurtulamayacağımızı anlayıp biz de soğuk olmasına rağmen üstümüze çarşaf çekip klimamızı açtık ki bizim klima sesi diğer sesleri bastırsın. Ancak bu şekilde uyuyabildik.Belki yan odalar boş olur ve rahat uyurum diye düşünmeyin çünkü tüm odalar dolu. Sanırım öğrenciler de burda kalıyor çünkü en ucuz otel. Gündüzcü

|2.26km กม.จากตัวเมืองWe spent in this hotel 10 nights in May, before the high season. The first impression wasn't good as it this the first hotel in Türkiye we had problem to communicate in English. Most of staff speaks or practice speaking Russian what was obvious when we realised that hotel is full of Russian speaking guests. So, if you want to feel comfortable and you want to communicate with staff not only using your hands, learn Turkish or Russian. It doesn't mean noone there speaks English - but you need to find this person. We had a room on 4 floor. The first one had some problems with air condition. They said that someone would come and fix it soon, but we asked of changing the room and we get nicer (the first one had visible signs of use) on the same floor with pool and mountains view. View was perfect! Unfortunately, entertainment program lasts till midnight and is really loud so if you want to sleep early better choose room without the view. Towels were changed every day however, there were days when bathroom was cleaned poorly. You have only one card for room so fridge is unuseful if you don't stay in room. Tv has Turkish, Russian and German channels. WiFi is paid after using 300 Mb. Costs are high enough to buy esim if you can. Food was good. Cold dishes and breakfasts were mainly the same, dinner had some different options. Grill food was really good, bit finishes quickly. Only apples and oranges, no other fruits. A lot of sweets, but not the best (Turkish deserts are delicious, you rather look for it in Kemer). In May there were enough sunbeds at pool and on the beach. Better have wather shoes - beach has stones, and there are stones in the sea. Entertainment was mosty for Russians - Russian music, karaoke etc. Some Turkish music when Turkish guests were in hotel on weekend. During the day music vary. Around the hotel you find some shops and travel agencies. People there speaks Russian, some speaks English. Summing up: not bad hotel if you don't look for luxury, but focusing on Russian guests may be annoying.

Drinks are good. Entertainment team is exactly what you expect, big thumbs up to them. The mini bar in the room is refilled daily which is a big bonus. The room is a tad basic even though we booked a bungalow, making an assumption this would be one of the better rooms. However we now suspect that all the rooms are virtually the same apart from room size. We wish this would have been better stated and informed upon booking. We had to inform the hotel about it being our honeymoon, which is fine but it would have been nice to be asked rather than having to tell. Perhaps on check in, staff could ask if you're here for a specific reason. We have after been provided with an offer of breakfast in bed and a romantic dinner, both which we are looking forward to experiencing.

People from all over the world although I’m not sure why it matters where people are from. The food is fresh and tasty and there is a big variety but not overwhelming. Lots of traditional Turkish food and a mix of international too. My children are very happy.The pool is wonderful and has a warm children’s pool. I can easily sit close and Supervise them. The waterslides add to the fun. The children’s animation was fun and engaging. They enjoyed the small shaded park The rooms are clean spacious and quiet. The air conditioner works well and is not noisy. There is direct access to the private beach. The staff have been great and very friendly and helpful and speak Turkish Russian and English which I think is great to speak so many languages! If you want luxury and expensive alcohol then book and pay for a luxury hotel. I will return again :) Sunbel otelde harika bir konaklama geçirdik. Diğer incelemelerin neden bu kadar sert olduğundan emin değilim. Harika bir insan, aile ve çift karışımı var. Yaşlı ve genç. Dünyanın her yerinden insanlar, insanların nereli olduğunun neden önemli olduğundan emin değilim. Yemekler taze ve lezzetli ve çok çeşitli ama bunaltıcı değil. One of the unique aspects of this hotel is the strong presence of returning German guests, creating a welcoming, familiar atmosphere. Though we stood out as non-Germans, we were met with warmth and friendliness at every turn. Если мы здороваемся и улыбается, то получаем это взамен. Еда вкусная, приготовленная по местным традициям. Не забывайте, что вы находитесь в Турции, мусуманская страна! О какой свинине может идти речь?! Курица, печень, индейка, рыба кстати в этом году форель, рис, спагетти, овощи разнообразные, крем-суп. Сладости на любителя. Фрукты - арбузы, яблоки, груши, виноград, сливы, апельсины. В каждом месяцы свои фрукты, сезонные. Номера чисто, уютно. Уборку в номере ежедневно. Постельное белье нам поменяли по просьбе, так как отдыхаем здесь 15 дней. Впринципе если попросить, то не отказывают никогда! Вода при заезде в холодильнике 1,5 литровая бутыль, пополнялась ежедневно горничной, чай и кофе в номере тоже пополнялось. Пляж. Да, лежаков не хватает, но здесь есть вина самих отдыхающих! Займут лежаки с утра и сами не появляются до следующего дня. Так же лежаки занимают и таскают туристы соседних отелей, но работник пляжа если попросить найдёт вам лежак. За лежаками уследить просто не возможно. Окурки по всему пляжу, на всех отелях разбрасывают сами туристы! Покурили, окурок рядом с лежаком в песок. Хотя мусорки стоят по всему пляжу. Тут хочется сказать: ”Чисто не там где убирают, а там где не мусорят!” Бар на пляже впринципе в отелях 4* не бывает. Но здесь есть кофе-машина, чай, вода, какие то типа сока напитки это бесплатно. Пиво баночное, бутылочное за деньги. Хамам отличное место для отдыха особенно после моря. Пилинг, массаж 25$, Хасан отлично выполняет свою работу, отдельное спасибо. Так же благодарим руководителей отеля за наш прекрасный отдых! Советую для спокойного отдыха семейным парам. P.S прилетая на отдых в Турцию не забывайте взять с собой хорошее настроение, не ищите минусы таким образом вы сами себе портите отдых. Всем добра.
