Hotel location is exceptional and close to the beach. Guests are overcrowded on weekend, insufficient common space including breakfast. The line for Moo-Ping is too long and table turnovrr takes so long as well. Good but nit worth for money that I have paid.

Our second time here for 4 days 3 nights and we enjoyed it very much. My son loves the foam party at 4 pm and the water slides. The breakfast was good, variety of choices. Seem like there was a lack of staff at the restaurant. The omelette wasn’t cooked very well- ordered cooked omelette but got them undercooked and the second time he advised me to order scramble egg as he said it can be cooked(rather than omelette), but got it burnt scramble egg! Not sure if the chef was tired or just not inexperienced(on 12/07). On 13/07 I then ordered omelette again with the same chef, got it cooked -perfect omelette. The food label didn’t match with the food: pork steam buns label but it was black bean steam buns, Tom Kha Kai label but it was actually the bitter clear soup with chicken. The staffs at kids club were great as we joined the adventure pass. Most of staffs are service-minded. The check in process was fast even though there was a long queue. Will definitely be back! :)

An extremely large hotel. Had stayed here in the past but it’s not what it once was as some amenities/services had been discontinued (spa closed) and others were extremely tired due to the passing of time (fitness center). The gardens and lounging spaces around the pool were very nice and comfortable and the poolside food and drink options good. The water quality of the pool could have been better. Exercise caution when selecting a room as some rooms are renovated and quite good and others are not. Sister property next door should be considered if one wants a top-level experience.

Amazing breakfast selection. On Mondays have curry crab. Excellent poop for swimming laps. Unfortunately our bathtub was not cleaned but after we notified it was done well. We stayed here many times and will stay here again. Excellent beach sea view from room. The bakery cakes are good value for money and staff are friendly. Highly recommend!

Sheraton Hua Hin is a beautiful resort by the beach of Hua Hin, 3 hours drive from BKK. There were so many scenic angles wherever I walked. The breakfast spread was great, the rooms were good. The design of the hotel is very thoughtful, with pathways on the outer perimeter for golf carts to travel on. Food at Salas was surprisingly reasonably priced, and deliciously made. We were here for a wedding and the event team was great as well. However, there are details that were disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Yesterday around 12 noon (Sunday 3rd Aug 2025), I went into the women toilet by the pool, under the elephant statues and somebody had made a big, dirty mess inside and the toilet couldnt flush properly. It was disgusting and smelled really bad. This shows a lack of cleanliness maintenance and regular checks of the toilet. Secondly, the housekeeping team came to make up my room on the 2nd day (Sat 2nd Aug), took away the floor mats and never replaced them. The toilet incident really ruined the impression of this hotel for me. 😔

We absolutely love staying here! The atmosphere is great, and the overall experience has been wonderful. The only downside is that the bed is a bit too soft for our preference, which caused some back discomfort. Other than that, everything has been fantastic. The breakfast is truly outstanding—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options. Plus, the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it super convenient for a relaxing getaway!

Everything is good only that there is a wedding party during our stay. And it’s very loud and disruptive. The kids couldnt use the pool and the noise was just very loud, not very relaxing. Don’t think we will come back again. Hopefully the hotel notify all guests about the party.

If you prefer a quiet resort and still enjoy Thai food + good massage…this is the place. Not crowded. Friendly staffs and I’m impressed that some staffs speak very good English. 4 of us enjoyed the food in the resort so much that till now back in SG…we still think about it *better than the food we ate in Bangkok restaurants n I’m not even joking* I have got to mention here their PIZZA was so delish!!! Only cons is travelling from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Vala Hua Hin takes 3 hours :( I’m gonna miss this place *boo boo

I booked the hotel based on reviews. Expectations and reality matched 100%. The room is good, shampoo, shower gel, rubber flip-flops, huge towels for the pool and shower. The bed linen is snow-white, the pillows are soft, the blanket is huge. The staff is very attentive, efficient. They showed me a parking lot for the car, took my bag with my things, and carried them to the room themselves. The pool, jacuzzi, sunbathing area are all just super. The breakfast is quite good, there is enough of everything, the staff clears the tables in a timely manner, replenishes what has already been taken. We went for one night, and ended up staying for another day. I highly recommend it.
