The Wrangler is a good car; even with 10,000 miles, it's still in excellent condition. It's also really fuel-inefficient, averaging about 1.5 RMB per kilometer. The full insurance from Dollar is quite expensive, at $26 a day.

We've already purchased insurance through the platform, but foreigners also tend to recommend other insurance options, which makes it easier for people like me with limited English to over-purchase! I've only rented a car twice so far, but I'll get better at it after a few more rentals. Everyone should learn more English!

The original car model wasn't available, so I upgraded to a Volvo 60 for an extra $20 per day, with a range of 1,000 kilometers, and also received an extra driver. Overall, the experience was excellent. Renting a car in the US is very convenient, and local drivers are generally quite law-abiding. I rarely encountered any accidents or incidents during my ten-plus days there, and the roads were all wide. Unless you're a novice driver, I wouldn't recommend buying full coverage insurance; basic insurance is sufficient.

Six of us were on a road trip through the American West and rented a Chrysler Pacifica from Dollar, but ended up getting a Sienna instead – a fuel-efficient and spacious vehicle! We were thrilled. The 33.3 MPG was incredibly fuel-efficient, and it easily accommodated all six of our luggage without folding down the third row – amazing! (We had six suitcases: one 30cm, two 28cm, one 26cm soft-sided suitcase, one 24cm, one 22cm, plus four backpacks). Unfortunately, the car wasn't in the best condition; it had over 50,000 miles on it. While it drove well, the power tailgate sometimes jammed, and the body seemed slightly deformed. Also, the middle seat in the second row couldn't be folded down, and one of the straps was broken, making access to the third row a bit difficult. However, these issues didn't significantly impact usability. The main reason was Dollar's excellent value; we'd definitely rent from them again!

The car was in excellent condition, almost new. We picked it up at Los Angeles Airport and returned it at New York Airport. Picking it up was a simple free shuttle bus ride, and the paperwork was easy; returning it was even simpler—the staff scanned the entire car with a device, and that was it. I've only been back in China for two days, but I haven't received my deposit back yet, and I don't know how much highway toll fees will be deducted. Overall, the car's condition and the pick-up and drop-off procedures were very convenient. The car screen can project navigation via Bluetooth, which is very convenient.

The experience was excellent. A free shuttle bus was provided, and the deposit was refunded on the spot upon return of the car – very efficient. I rented a Chevrolet Tahoe SUV and drove it 3800 miles along the American West Grand Circle.

Free one-way rental in California, that's a plus. The car was in good condition, practically new, but it seemed a bit fuel-inefficient. A full tank only went about 350 miles, which made me worry about running out of gas when I was driving long distances, so I didn't dare drive the whole way at once and had to stop frequently to refuel. The pickup line at the dealership was incredibly long; I waited almost an hour after getting off the plane to get my car. Also, it wasn't cost-effective to fill up the tank there; they charged $80, while filling up elsewhere would only cost $50.

The car pick-up and drop-off process was convenient and quick, with clear instructions. The service staff were very friendly and explained all the precautions to us clearly and concisely. They suggested insurance options but did not require them, and there were no extra charges.
