The car was in excellent condition, clean and tidy. Although I was a foreign elderly lady and there were some communication difficulties, her service attitude was very warm and thoughtful. She was also very patient in waiting for me to use the translation app on my phone to communicate. I was very satisfied!

A traffic violation incurs a $65 processing fee, so be very careful. The deposit is $500, and Australian banks are very slow; it can take over a month to refund it. This is something to be aware of.

Both the receptionists and the airport drop-off staff were incredibly lovely and polite. There were no issues whatsoever. The car rental process was smooth from start to finish – return, pick up, and drop off/pick up the car were all in perfect condition, very clean and new, and excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this car rental company again next time I travel.

I forgot my driver's license translation when I went to rent a car. Luckily, the rental company staff offered helpful suggestions and also contacted Ctrip for assistance. They arranged for the translation to be done online. Thankfully, I got the car safely without any problems. Great service! The staff were very nice!

Bargain's main advantage is its lower prices, but its disadvantage is that it's not located at the airport. You need to call them upon arrival, so you should check their contact information beforehand. Their phone number is a voicemail system; it's not a direct call from a staff member. Instead, you leave your location, number of people, and contact information. Since it's a Chinese mobile phone, there won't be a confirmation SMS. However, their van with the Bargain logo will usually arrive shortly afterward; the journey to the store takes about 10 minutes. If there are many people, there may be a queue for car pickup procedures. However, if you have an order and all the necessary documents, the process is quite fast. Returning the car also requires going to the store, and their van will take you there. When it's busy, there might be an extra wait, so allow plenty of time. The cars are all fully fueled and cleaned. During the Spring Festival, cars are in very short supply, so we advise everyone to book in advance. We saw a staff member telling someone that their booked car hadn't arrived yet and would need another 6 hours.

We booked a Q5, but the rental company gave us a GLB. We repeatedly emphasized we wanted a Q5, and only then did they give us an older Q5. Although it was a bit older, with 80,000 kilometers on the odometer, it was a powerful diesel car and drove quite well. 👌

For those taking early morning flights, after collecting your luggage, wait in the terminal until 8:00 AM before coming out for the shuttle bus to pick you up. We waited from 6:30 AM until 8:00 AM. The handover process was quite convenient.
