Hotel was located nearby Kaunas train station. Though quite far from the old town, Kaunas is very walkable. Bed was comfortable.

Location was excellent, room was o k, no wardrobe or drawers to store your cloths or belonging. I ordered a round of drinks in the bar, I had to pay for the drinks before I received them. After 10 minutes i had to ask the barmaid was she going to finish filling the order, to be told that the barrel was empty. I said I will wait until it is changed. To be greeted by the barmaid holding up her finger to show me a plaster on one of her fingers and asking me how was she going to change the barrel. There were 4 other staff behind the bar just standing there. Surely this is not the first time a barrel has runout during a shift.

I stayed at the Ibis Kaunas Centre for two nights and overall had a good experience. The location is a real highlight. It’s very central, about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, right next to the main bus station, and less than five minutes on foot to the main train station. Getting around Kaunas was easy from here. The room itself was clean and comfortable, exactly what I expect from an Ibis. Everything was in good order and suitable for a short stay. Breakfast was a bit mixed. On the first morning it was extremely busy, with most of the food already gone and no available seating, so I ended up taking breakfast back to my room. The second morning was much better as I went earlier and had no issues at all. The food selection was fine when it was properly stocked. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a clean, practical hotel in a very convenient location, especially for travel connections.

I recently stayed here for one night, and while my experience was brief, there were definitely some highlights worth mentioning. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, cozy, and had all the basic amenities I needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a good night's rest. While my stay was just okay overall, I can see the potential for a truly great experience here. And with a few small improvements (which is in progress at the moment with renovation works) it could easily stand out even more. I’d consider staying again if I’m in the area and would love to see how the hotel continues to grow and improve. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Расположен в самом центре старого города,в пару минутах ходьбы от Ратуши. В день заселения выслали код от двери. В любом случае если возникнут сложности можно написать в What’s app,номер указан на двери. В номере было все хорошо,единственное зимой немного прохладно.

ผิดหวังมากกับโรงแรมเนื่องจากเที่ยวบินล่าช้าฉันจองห้องดีลักซ์และนอนไม่หลับทั้งคืนเสียงเพลงดังและตะโกนข้างนอกเมื่อฉันบ่นเกี่ยวกับเสียงและเสียงเพลงดังฉันได้รับแจ้งว่ามีคอนเสิร์ต หวังว่าคืนวันเสาร์จะดีขึ้น น่าเสียดายที่เพลงดังๆ เดียวกัน & คนกรีดร้องจนถึงเช้าตรู่ พนักงานรู้ว่าปัญหาคืออะไรแต่ไม่สามารถแก้ไขได้ ทุกคนกําลังบอกว่ามันเป็นคอนเสิร์ต ตั้งแต่เมื่อคอนเสิร์ตมีดนตรีวิ่งจนถึงตี 4 เมื่อฉันสอบสวน ดูเหมือนว่ามีไนท์คลับอยู่ใกล้โรงแรม โปรดหลีกเลี่ยงโรงแรมนี้หากคุณต้องการนอนหลับฝันดี ผิดหวังมาก จ่ายค่าห้องที่ดีที่สุดและได้กล่องจูเกะแทน!

My recent stay at Kaunas City Hotel was okay overall, but there were a few noticeable downsides. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful during check-in. However, the biggest issue was the noise insulation between rooms. I could clearly hear conversations, TV sounds, and even footsteps from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. While the hotel has some positive aspects, such as free parking in the heart of the Kaunas City, the lack of soundproofing really impacted my experience. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best choice. With some improvements in this area, it could be a much better stay. For now, it was just average.

Stayed in the suite. Huge apartment type room. Maximum comfort. I loved my stay. Will definitely stay there again in the same room type if I visit Lithuania again. Had a steamer, ironing board, safe, tub and shower. It was great as I was staying there for a wedding so had a lot of utilities to get my outfits perfect.

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji do zwiedzania. Personel stara się zapewnić komfort i wysoką jakość obsługi dlatego warto zwrócić uwagę, że w pokojach znajdujących się nad restauracją trudno o odpoczynek. Do późnych godzin nocnych słychać szuranie krzeseł i stolików. Wcześnie rano zaczynają się przygotowania do śniadania. W tej sytuacji trudno o dobry sen i wypoczynek przed dalszą drogą.
