Phenomenal location for airport access, affordable, and frankly a wonderful hotel! Literally meters from the terminal entrance, the train station entrance, and a Rewe supermarket (which appears to be 24 hours, or close to it!). I am baffled why they would use a fluffy carpet in the halls when clearly most customers will have suitcases... that was a genuine annoyance... apart from that I love this hotel.

Super schönes und süßes Zimmer. Man hat in der Nacht 2-3 mal einen Zug hupen hören, aber nicht wirklich dramatisch. Beim Frühstück waren die Brötchen leider fast leer und die Kaffeemaschine ging nicht, den konnte man sich aber bei der Rezeption machen lassen, da die dort eine Maschine haben. Die Dame hinterm Tresen beim Einchecken konnte so gut wie kein Deutsch. Wir können Englisch aber viele bestimmt nicht. Wenn ich mir ein Hotel in DE buche, hätte ich gerne eine deutschsprachige Person als Ansprechpartner für alle Fälle. Aber 100€ für 2 Personen mit Frühstück und Parkplatz (10€) sehr gut. Gerne wieder

This is new hotel, conveniently located very close to the central train station in Potsdam. Take the exit to Friedrich-Engels-Straße, turn right and you already see the new nice looking building about 300 m away on the other side of the street ”Lange Brücke” (long bridge). The reception and breakfast area is on the first floor (Erdgeschoss), well lighted with large windows. Everything looks new, nice and neat. (No worries, no smell at all from construction materials or new furniture, also not in the corridors or in my room). The standard room I booked is small with minimalistic furniture, but I like it simple anyway. The tiles in the bathroom are real cool and nice looking, so is the carpet and color arrangement in the floors. The staff was friendly, but you need to be a bit patient, as several if them are new and still being trained on the software to check in. 😊 No doubt, next trip to Potsdam I will chose the same hotel.

Everything was good but, for some reason, they took my toothbrush and toothpaste. After inquiring, they returned my toothbrush but kept my (medicated) toothpaste. Whatever.

I got off the train took the elevator up stepped outside the terminal and saw already the bright entrance of intercity Hotel Berlin AirPort. What else could you wish for with two huge and heavy pieces of luggage, it can’t be better than that. Very convenient to stay if you have an early flight or want a super relaxed start the next day. Room was clean and tidy, seems still very new. Nothing to complain about 😎👍🏼

Gutes, preiswertes Hotel für ÜF, wenn man zum Flughafen will oder einen etwa 25 minütigen Weg mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt in Kauf nimmt. Für mich beides total iO, deshalb immer wieder.

Unkompliziert und ideal gelegen für den Ostseeurlaub.

Ein gutes Hotel. Nach anfänglichen Problemen, da das Zimmer von Trip falsch gebucht wurde. War der restliche Aufenthalt wirklich schön. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr groß. Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar dort. Negativ ist das man erst nach einen Wasserkocher an der Rezeption fragen muss, gehört für mich zum Standard und auch eine Flasche Wasser jeden Tag und einen Kühlschrank. Wenn man einen Kühlschrank möchte, muss man ihn bei der Rezeption gegen Aufpreis bestellen. Das Frühstück war zwar immer das gleiche aber es war für jeden was dabei. Plus Punkt sind die 3x Kaffeemaschinen und der separate Filterkaffee. Das Aussengelände ist schön groß und über eine Treppe gelangt man hinunter zum See. War wirklich schön dort. Es müsste sich nur einen dafür finden, der jeden Tag dort die Sachen der Leute weg räumt. Das Parken war auch super. Mein Auto hat wunderbar hinein gepasst und ich könnte mein Auto 6 Tage stehen lassen und mich mit Leihfahrräder oder mit der Straßenbahn fort bewegen. Echt toll. Die Rezeption war auch super bei Fragen und Hilfen. Ich würde nochmal kommen.
