They were up to their task. They were very friendly and curtious to us. Their Amenities need tobe improved . It was life time experience with their Manager.

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีที่สุด คุณสามารถรับทุกสิ่งที่คุณต้องการสําหรับการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจที่ Victoria Mall อาหาร ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต เปลี่ยนเงิน มีแม้แต่โรงภาพยนตร์และร้าน LC Waikiki ที่ดีที่ชั้น 2 ของห้างสรรพสินค้า สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมดี การดูแลทําความสะอาดสามารถปรับปรุงได้ แต่สองคืนแรกมีมดค่อนข้างน้อยบนโต๊ะและเก้าอี้แขน เช้าวันหนึ่งหลังจากที่เรากลับมา ห้องเป็นระเบียบ แต่เก้าอี้แขนหายไป 555 พวกเขาลืมเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวด้วย อาหารเช้าก็โอเค ผ่านไปได้ไม่กี่วัน โดยรวมแล้วเป็นโรงแรมที่ดี ฉันจะยังคงอยู่ที่นั่นสําหรับทําเลและราคา

The hotel is well located in Kampala Uganda, easily accessible and close to Acacia mall making it easier for meetings and convenient for accessing different amenities and services outside the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and supportive. The food is delicious especially their samosas 😋. The night views by the pool side is also amazing. Sunset views are amazing and at no cost!!!

The hotel is small but quite neat! With good customer care. The rooms are quite small but the outside balcony area seemed untidy with a lot of clutter on the ground floor pavers. The breakfast is good

Smart and efficient service. Lovely breakfast. Usual utility problems for Uganda, i.e., elevator broken down, room key didn't work and unreliable internet. Maybe the manager should invest in a country where these problems don't impact businesses.

It’s well located and newest hotel in town but it could be better in terms of service.

Красивое оформление отеля. На берегу озера Виктория, но работа персонала оставляет желать лучшего, то забыли, то и не сделали, то еще что-то. Вечером очень темно в ресторане, не уютно
