เที่ยวยุโรปสู่บูดาเปสต์ พักที่โรงแรมที่น่าแปลกใจที่สุด คุ้มค่าเงินที่สุด คุณภาพการบริการและสภาพแวดล้อมที่หรูหรา ห้องมีขนาดใหญ่มาก จะมีการจัดหาของว่างและแชมเปญให้เมื่อเช็คอิน ห้องอาบน้ำก็สบาย ถึงแม้จะต้องเสียค่าสระว่ายน้ำแต่คุณภาพก็ดีมาก สภาพแวดล้อมการนวดก็สะดวกสบายเช่นกัน จะกลับมาในครั้งต่อไป

Very chaotic and confusing check-in process. Arrived before check-in and got registered, just needed to get my key at check-in time. So far so good. At check-in time I am directed to an iPad terminal to register with with my name and my booking number from the accommodation, not then one on the booking portal, which I've no clue which it is. After me struggling to look-up this number out of countless CRM-emails I received from the Hostel the friendly staff member, looked up my name in the guest list, went back to the receptionist desk to check my check-in amd got my key card to my room. Arrived in the room it didn't matched with the category and pictures I booked. Went back down to the reception, who fixed it. All this took a lot of time and not to mention all the Welcoming and Info-e-mails you receive from Maverick's at any occasion of the ”customer journey” process. To the management and marketing folks there: Keep your check-in process simple. Your visitors are offered to pre-check-in online or at an iPad terminal in the lobby, just to end up queuing again at the reception to identify yourself again, pay the tourist tax or get their key card. It's nonsense. Have a vending machine spitting out the keycard for those cases. Just keep the regular check-in process as anywhere else directly at the reception with showing your passport etc... Stop these insane amount of email at every step of the customer journey, no-one needs this ot also makes it difficult to find one's relevant booking information. Let's come to the positive part. Staff is friendly and helpful. My room was very nice, clean and comfortable, it was a good deal to. Good internet. The kitchen is great, well equipped and a nice place to connect with people. Free coffee and tea, also a water dispenser in the lobby - great! There are many free activities organized by the hostel, we had a wine tasting for free and it was nice to talk to other guest there. Location is central, where you'll find all you need, even mini marts open 24/7. Free locker before and after check-in.

The guesthouse is on a lower stay standard than the hotel itself, however, for a single night the difference is not hugely important. I found the lack of soundproofing and creaky floors to be bothersome, next time I will stay in the hotel part of the establishment. However, for cost-conscious travellers, the guesthouse is still a great option, especially if you are in transit only.

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ใกล้กับกระเช้าไฟฟ้าปราสาทบูดาและสะพานเชนบริดจ์ สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวชื่อดังบางแห่งสามารถเดินไปได้ในเวลาประมาณ 20 นาทีหรือมากกว่านั้น หรือหากมีป้ายรถประจำทางอยู่ห่างจากโรงแรมเพียง 2 นาที ห้องพักสะอาดและมีขนาดกำลังดี แม้ว่าการตกแต่งและเฟอร์นิเจอร์จะดูเก่าไปบ้าง พนักงานทุกคนโดยเฉพาะที่แผนกต้อนรับให้ความช่วยเหลือ เป็นกันเอง และเป็นมืออาชีพ บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าก็โอเค

เป็นสถานที่ที่ดี อยู่ไม่ไกลจากรถไฟฟ้า แหล่งท่องเที่ยวส◌ามารถเดินถึงกันได้หรือใช้บริการสาธารณะก็สะดวก ข้อเสียของที่นี่คือ มีห้องเก็บของสำหรับลูกค้า แต่ไม่ให้ลูกค้าใช้ ลูกค้าต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมในการฝากกระเป๋าและสัมภาระ จากระบบการจัดการอื่นๆที่พักแห่งนี้ก็น่าจะเคยเป็น รร.ขนาดใหญ่มาก่อน ทั้งระบบการจัดการเช็คอิน การจัดการอาหารเช้า อ้อ..แล้วเช้าวันที่ตะเช็คเอาท์ตอนเวลาประมาณตี 3 มีเสียงสัญญาณเตือนไฟไหม้เกิดขึ้น นานถึงเกือบ 10 นาที ได้ ทำให้ผู้พักอาศักเกิดความตระหนก ตื่นกลัว ดังนั้นตรงบริเวณที่เป็นจุดติดตั้งสัญญาณเตือนฉุกเฉินควรจะมียามคอยเฝ้าระวัง เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้ใครกดเล่น หรือทำให้เกิดการตื่นตกใจ อันนี้ฉันให้คะแนนติดลบในเรื่องความปลอดภัยสำหรับที่นี่

I’m waited for the day that hotel opens, we been few times before cake shop dwonsters were we had dessert very delicious. I’m travelling often Budapest Location: far from city centre but close to airport Hotel New designed spacious room Room nicely decorated with lovely bathroom 👍 Bed to firm and not to comfy but is my personal preference What I really don’t like tramway just side on building and u feel like shaking room and very nosy 🙁 I’m booked hotel one night and came from Istanbul I has early flights but tyred so I know I’m gonna arrive around one hour before my chek in Called reception 6am she not happy request earlier check in if that possible then she sad 20 euro to get in hour early ! Ok 👍 I’m arrived 2.45 so don’t need it I just decided wait until 15.00 Sitting opposite reception she don’t say even hi 👋 🥲 or how can I help Being honest not friendly start I’m asked mini bar has water ? Yes we have I’m going room there is no still water Calling receptionist there is no water, she said are you sure ? 😂 yes I’m positive I see there no water Can u pls send me ? Yes I’m gonna bring up 20 min later I got still water 21.00 I got hungry so I’m decided to try Italian restaurant dwonsters instead delivery I’m regretting 😕 I’m just ordered carbonara what is terrible and of course I’m agen waited water to restaurant as well 20 min Breakfast simple Butik hotel style Norbert only person who has been helping and asked chefs made omelet for me , no halal option , everything pork , no many options for kids as well All together nice hotel good for staying close to airports hope the working staff get more better attitude Restaurants I’m not recommending 10/6 for me One night is okay but I’m not gonna book back anytime soon 🔜 hope future more improvement comes

By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I will not be coming back when I return to Budapest. First thing was the booking details, which clearly stated ”1 full bed”. However when I got to the hotel room, there were two TINY beds instead. If I laid perfectly straight on these beds, my arms nearly fall off the sides. I go to reception and the blonde woman who was there at 11:10pm on Wednesday May 20th told me ”we don't have any large beds in Hungary, we just push two small beds together.” This is a lie, I had just spent 8 days in Budapest at the Park Plaza (also a 4 star hotel) and I slept in a single very large bed every night. When I mentioned this, she just shrugged. No apologies. Why does this matter? Two mattresses pushed together creates a gap that results in aggravating back pain, especially for anyone with spine misalignment like I have. I booked this hotel to go to the airport energized and refreshed, instead I get to go on my international flight exhausted with extreme back pain. Second issue was the water, the absolute hottest that it got was lukewarm. I asked reception about this issue too, same woman said she'd look into it. It was never fixed, no apologies for the inconvenience again. The room was hotter than the ”hot” water. The only positives about this hotel were the decent breakfast and free airport shuttle, but I'd rather have spent $8 on an Uber and had a full bed as promised. I'll be staying at the Ibis Styles or TRIBE next time. They probably don't lie about their rooms.

ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกมาก มี DM และ LIDL อยู่ไม่ไกล และอีกด้านของมหาวิหารก็สะดวกที่จะเดินทางไปไหนมาไหนด้วยรถไฟใต้ดิน ห้องพักสะอาด และเตียงนอนสบายทันทีที่เขาหลับ ไปนอนแล้ว บ้านที่อยู่หน้าประตูก็ดูยุโรปและสวยงามมาก อาหารเช้าก็ค่อนข้างดี ผลไม้เยอะมาก แม้ว่าฉันจะจ่ายล่วงหน้า 10,000 หยวน แต่ก็เป็นเพียงการชำระเงินล่วงหน้า คุณไม่ได้รับเงินเลย ฉันอาจไม่เข้าใจบางความคิดเห็น ฉันพอใจมาก
