The hotel was filthy! No pillow cases No bathroom towels nor rugs Toilet paper holder all rusty and they still shoved the roll in Fridge rusty The reception when we went to check in had piles and piles of linens and pillows on table, chairs and on the floor. Just a big scary dump 😡 Need a refund immediately When my husband asked for towels and pillow cases the receptionist just grabbed them from the pile 🤔 A DUMP and I will give it a big 0 !! The health department needs to visit the place and Howard Johnson Should NOT be proud of making part of such a horrific place.

Service was good perfect location room was clean and friendly staff

It's like a choose your own adventure book. Sometimes your room sucks. Sometimes it's okay.

We were unable to check in. The room we had booked had a plumbing issue and the only other available room was uninhabitable.

Worst place I have ever had been. No human been should stay there. It was dirty, broken furniture, dirty beds, no pillows, lights not working. It had dead bugs. I feel scammed by ******* for not checking before recommending a place like this.

The room wasn’t very clean I didn’t feel safe a lot of people just hanging around outside

The experience was horrible. When I got there there were police at the front office. I couldn't check in for two additional hours. When I got my room it was dirty, the lamps didn't work, the TV didn't work, there was no toilet paper, there was no blanket on the bed, no pillow cases, and I found ***** on the floor

Tried to check in and was informed the hotel was over booked and my confirmation meant nothing. They stated that they could not help) me and sorry but Wyndham was doing the overbooking. Howard Johnson in Tallahassee, Fl looked scetchey and obviously was.

The staff were very welcoming but the property was very dirty. I killed at least 3 roaches. The property seems to be in the midst of renovations. There’s no longer carpet but hard wood flooring and it seems like a rushed job….. it feels as though debri is trapped under the flooring……I’ve stayed at a Wyndham before and this was nothing like that. Overall this hotel needs to close down, renovate, and then reopen.

Deplorable condition and roach infested. felt unsafe and the manager had to open my door each time as the lock did not work. just horrible inside and out

The facility was poorly maintained. The pictures do not effectively represent the hotel. No cable no blankets on the beds. Cobwebs in the ceiling. Floors were sticky. Ice machine was broken.

Place is going through updates and renovations, but room was clean, and staff was excellent. We were satisfied.

The hotel is currently undergoing rehabilitation which was not publicized. There was no breakfast even though it was advertised, no internet, and the room itself was in need of a makeover. The doorknob of the bathroom fell off and the door itself was heavily damaged. The neighborhood is not the best and you don’t feel safe at night.

I could overlook the general disrepair of the room (hole in the wall, worn-out chair, dirty floor) but the bedbugs in the pillow really ruined a good night sleep.
