One of the best hotels in Tai An. Room is clean. Service is excellent. My son has diarrhea and dirtied the bed. Service staff was very understanding and happy to help change the bedsheets and blanket not once but twice. Hotel even changed the room for us so that we can have a clean room. I have nothing but the best to say about this hotel.

Hotel is in isolated location, anyhow not far from the city. Very special design, at the foot of the Taishan hill is an icon of hotels in this city. Clean, comfy beds, good option for business travellers.

My overall experience at Ramada Plaza, Tai'an, was good. The room was comfortable, but the mountain view was limited, offering only a slight glimpse. Unfortunately, the balcony was locked and inaccessible during our stay. Nevertheless, the hotel provided a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Checking in and check out was very smooth. Housekeeping (madam 周昱) very courteous and concierge was very helpful in giving directions to where we would like to go. Front desk Rose Leng gave excellent service too. 5 star service!

Very nice resort, friendly staff, location was a bit far from city life, the gym was spars and not well equipped. pool was fine but had no lanes in it.

I was pleased with hotel services. The staff are well trained and their attitude is 5 star. We stayed 3 nights Jan.12-15 2023, I want to commend hotel management for coaching the staff to be customer-oriented, friendly and polite. Me and my family have enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is decent location for those to walk to TaiShan. Hotel breakfast is mot that great. Staff, though, is VERY friendly and helpful. Carpeting in room is gross, gym and pool are very small and not really suitable.

Loved staying here. They we’re very professional and accommodating. I had a pleasant stay. They can do some updating with the decor tho.

We had a great time here. The staff took good care of our two young kids. Ella was particularly helpful, helping to answer questions about climbing the mountain and making sure our kids had a good time. Good hotel for families visiting Tai'an.

清明節爬泰山，濟南來泰安的火車上才開始訂酒店，攜程的酒店排行榜上選擇了泰安東尊華美達廣場酒店，房間剩的不多了，便定了一個行政套房，辦入住時前台直接給升級了總統套房
之前衹住過一次總統套房，這次便這正好再體驗一次。房間在最高層 9 樓， 不用卡而是用鑰匙。進門是門廳，再過去是麻將室，捱過來是客廳，最裡麪是卧室，對面是衞生間。房間是狹長型的，不規整，整體上比較大，住兩個人很寬敞，丸阿子工作的時候我一個人在麻將房打麻將，樂在其中。
房間裝修有些年頭了，平時住總統套房的人可能是不多，有些設施維護不足，電視遙控器沒有電，洗完澡找不到吹風機，但沒有造成不便，華為手機上的遙控器可以打開電視，其餘設施和其他房型一樣，被子枕頭很舒服，好評。礦泉水給了好多瓶，但都是冰露，成本控制到位。
入住的時候已經快十二點了，第二天起來才看到窗外，景色不錯
第二天退房寄存了行李，下山回來很晚了便又住了一晚，這次訂了個標間，不過體驗更好。因為 7 樓外面景色很美，從七樓出來就是花園，沿着花園往下邊上酒店門口
下次來泰山的話還要住這裏
