Triple hotel. Has very nice view with considerable services.

방도 넓고 깔끔하고 이용하지는 못했지만 수영장 뷰도 보여서 좋았습니다! 빌리지마켓이 바로 도보 5분정도 거리에 있어서 편리했어요

太太太太好了，內羅畢的第一天入住的酒店，員工熱情友善滿臉笑容，讓我對非洲人民留下了很好的第一印象，以為所有內羅畢的人都這麼友好呢。Safari結束後我們入住了離Wilson airport比較近的凱賓斯基，房間設施便利程度全部都不及部落酒店的一半

The team were amazing from the first email, to the arrival through check out and departure. They are outstanding in every way. The team that works with transportation for the hotel are equally as good and very accommodating. Please also eat at the restaurant for some of the best food you'll ever have.

The hotel food was awesome thanks to Chef Moha, Chef Rose & the other chefs. I enjoyed the great ambience thanks to the hotel staff. Great location with EXCELLENT catering services. The food is amazing and the ambience is to die for. Special appreciation to the following chefs that served us with utmost hospitality- *Crispus Kogi *Gladys Cherotich *Angela Ngina *Milly Adhiambo *Melanie Ngasi And most especially Head Chefs- Chef Moha( Exec chef) and Chef Rose (assistant head chef)

Very nice boutique hotel. The lobby has a lovely high ceiling, and there are many african art pieces decorating almost all areas of the hotel. Being located within the same commercial property as the Village Market Mall (same owners) was a big plus, including amenities such as free entry to the VMX gym within the mall, the largest in city. As hotel guests, you can sign up for free to the many daily exercise sessions at VMX. I ended up trying a spinning class. The hotel is also located within a secure diplomatic area, with the UN office, US embassy, and other embassies nearby. I found it safe walking around the Gigiri area where several restaurants, spas and even a padel court can be found. I found the hotel staff responsive to our several requests such as rush ironing of clothes and extra bottled water. What I really appreciated was when I brought to front desk's attention the construction noise from one of the hotel rooms across the hall. Construction work seemed to have immediately stopped after that and until the day we checked out. The only minor irritation is the seemingly duplicate bag checks when you walk back to the hotel from the mall. There is a pedestrian gate you must pass through where a guard will manually check your bags and then about 15 meters down a flight of stairs is the guarded hotel lobby entrance where your bags will pass through an xray machine to be checked again. Though I appreciate the circumstances why there are strict security measures in most commercial establishments in Nairobi, I found this to be excessive. An added bonus are the bicycles available for guests to use when going to sights around the area. Many thanks to Carmeline of the Guest Relations team for arranging my guided bike tour of the nearby Karura Forest Park. Special mention to Brett for accompanying me to and from the park during our almost 4-hour adventure.

The ambience was electric. Rooms were super comfy too. Staff were warm and welcoming. The likes of Monicah, Jacinto and Rogers went over and above their duty to make our stay a memorable one. The food was great as well. All of breakfast and dinner were amazing.

The most wonderful experience! Every time! This is my 3rd time at Tribe, and it will not be my last. The beautiful rooms the facilities and most of all the great staff, make it unforgettable. It is like home and refuge at the same time. Thank you Jecinta and Jackson

Great hotel. The quality of the service was amazing. Special thanks to Kennedy for the cleaning of the room and to Linet and Monica for their kindness. I recommend the hotel 100%. Breakfast is delicious and also I would recommend the restaurant for dinning.

I cannot think of another place I've stayed with such exceptional staff and service from the airport pickup to the concierge, restaurant staff, happy hour staff, spa staff, literally everyone played their part and made the stay incredibly comforting. My only worry was I had the room closest to the lobby facing the front of the hotel so I thought it might be loud but I never heard anything and slept incredibly well. Bravo!

All around great experience from the reception at the door, check-in, housekeeping and the restaurant staff and management. The service was exceptional and the facilities were beautiful...really lived the artwork/sculptures. Highly recommend.

The Tribe is a beautiful place to stay, with an absolutely gorgeous bar, restaurant and pool area, full of tropical plants, light and the sound of water. The building is architecturally stunning, full of beautiful objets d'art, and only a few minutes walk to the Gigiri mall and markets. The whole complex also feels very safe. The rooms could maybe be a little quieter for long-term business stays, but otherwise, I highly recommend it. Suitable for special occasions, and also very close to the UN centre, as well as Karura Forest and various coffee plantations. About 30 mins taxi from the airport.
